Placed a delivery order for a salad. Paid for an extra dressing and also chips and salsa. Only a salad was delivered. No... dressing at all for a salad let alone any extra. No chips or salsa. No added, paid for peppers and onions. The meat in the saladwas a solid clump of congealed meat where it was measured out. I called and the person that answered literally said they weresorry and to have a good night. I will never give this location my business again. To get an order so wrong and not even care tomake it right shows a complete lack of regard for the paying customer. Read more

They short staff their employess and underpay them. All the employees were friendly and doing their best but there was no salsa... on the salsa bar the drink machines drip pan was over flowing with ice so bad it was spilling into the floor, and every singlecoustomer accessible surface was sticky. If they had more than three people working to serve nearly 30 guests I am sure all theissues would be addressed, the owner/operator needs to evaluate whether their short term porfits are more important than theirbrand image. I'll say the food was palatable but not something I would like to have again. I would have to say the biggest reason for this... review is for cleanliness though. Upon arrival the food line was atrocious. The flies were excessive but I do understand you canonly help that so much but keeping the line clean will help. I wasn't sure what I wanted mostly because it didn't lookappetizing. Choosing where to spend our dining out money is hard because of the times and I am pretty disappointed this is whereit went. I?ve eaten here before but I?ve ordered to go, and now I kinda wish I left it that way. Walked in with my family to eat here and... looked into the prep area where they make the food to see flies (house) crawling in and out of the food. Nope. Nope. Nope. Really bummed by this experience. The employees were a confused mess. They broke the tortilla steamer, which I get, things go... wrong. Half my order was done and they just left us standing there while they served others. Finally got our food, cold becauseit sat on the counter until they cleared the other customers before coming back to me. I am usually very understanding but thisis not my first rough experience at this location. Go in with a lot of patience you'll need it. Read more
I've been to this location many times and always have a good experience. The staff is friendly and eager to help. It has a large... open dining room with plenty of seating indoors and out. While they of course have burritos they also serve tacos as well assalads. It's a great place to go for a keto friendly meal. Read more
NEVER EAT HERE. THEY ARE INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES!!!! I used to work here by far the nastiest place I have ever worked. The... management has no care for the cockroaches, cleanliness, or safety of the workers. For example, grease covering the fryer,pipes, floor and ceiling. Exposed electrical with water dripping next to it. No drain in the dish pit, not keeping shrimp atproper temperature, not keeping walk in at proper temperature which is in the FOOD DANGER ZONE!!!!
