So two cars in the drive thru. I walk up and order one regular burger and fries. It takes 20 mins? I see one guy making or... doing anything to the food and the other two doing what? Since I cannot respond to the reply from the owner, I am letting them know, it does me NO good to visit the website. I already... did that and then called the 800 number. If you will notice, I left because I was going to have to go back around and wait forwho knows how long to place my order again. I did not purchase anything. I cannot do anything on that website without a receipt.I still never received a call back from anyone. Original post that the owner replied to: The automated intercom at thedrive-thru is a horrible idea! It delayed for a long time before letting me order. Then it did not read the order back so whenI got to window & was finally helped there, It had submitted the wrong order! I was told I would have to go around & orderagain. I left. People hate but Checkers is Checkers and its solid. They have recently upgraded the ordering experience to feature ai. It worked... well and was a shock. If you had asked me which fast food added tech forward ordering, Checkers is the last place I would haveguessed but I should have seen it coming their app is out there. First they're out of slushies they said and then they said they were out of ice cream and then they were out of cheese sauce and... then they were out of the stuff to make some other Burger and then they gave us three packs of ketchup so that's all they hadand when we got down the road our cheese sticks were so freaking burnt it wouldn't even cheese no more it was just nastyscorched hard as a rock. Checkers doesn't get enough recognition. They have the best fries out of any fast food joint, an extensive menu including... wings, fish, subs and ice cream, plus their service is always top notch. Every time I order, I always get someone working therewho is extra friendly. Love me some Checkers. /edit - Coming back to add that I just door dashed checkers for the first timeand you guys have amazing packaging. It was like deconstructing a perfect tetris match to get my food out. Food was delicious asalways. Read more
