Was not busy at all on the night we visited. Margarita Drinks were not very good. Off tasting. The nachos were unusual and... outstanding. Burgers were pretty good. Waitress only came back once to check on us and seemed indifferent to being there. When Iwent to pay, she spun around the machine on the table and didn't say anything or offer to take my card. We waited about 15 minutes for a booth which is fine because we opted out of a high top table. We get sat at the table and enjoy... not having drinks or even knowing who our waitress is for 10 minutes just sitting there thirsty and hungry. Our waitress has notchecked on us once and we?ve been sitting here waiting about 10-15 minutes. Our waitress smells like cigarettes which indicatesshe would rather go outside and smoke a cigarette rather than do her job and check on her food. I guess my wife will get hersalad with her food whenever that is. We won?t be coming here again. I made the above while sitting at the restaurant lol itgot even worse. When food did eventually arrive it was good but I had to chase her down for a refill. Like my drink stayed emptyand I got up to find her after seeing her walk around but ?not by her section? to see if her customers needed anything. I stoodthere saw her made eye contact and held my glass up she came with a drink and said sorry she was the only one on our side of therestaurant ?4 tables?. She didn?t smell like cigarettes when we first met her, then we were ignored and then she smelled likecigarettes and used the excuse she had too many tables?? It was wonderful. Great service and our server was very attentive. Was prompt in bringing up refills. When another server... dropped off a food she quickly realized one of the order incorrect and immediately brought the correct order before we even hada chance to point out that the order was incorrect. Even though they were short-staffed you wouldn't never notice it except thatsome sections of the restaurant were closed. Great job???????? Read more

Chilli was very salty and the farritas was really just fine? Many better places.

One of the best restaurants in the Burr. I don?t understand how some people don?t like chilis. The chips and salsa appetizer,... the cheeseburgers, the shrimp tacos, the street corn on the cob, the sodas, plus they have televisions to watch sports games.Great prices and great service. My husband and I had dinner and drinks at this location and it was great. Out food was delicious and perfectly cooked, drinks... were awesome and the service our waiter gave was exceptional. I wish I could remember his name so I could give him credit. Read more

Should be a 3 star but the service made up for it. The food was suspect. The menu's are very deceiving. I order the Smokehouse... Platter, sausage was terrible, brisket ok, and fried fingers good. Corn was not crisp. Son had a Big BBQ burger. He said it wasgreat. Daughter 2 had Big Quest burger. She also said it was great. There burgers were huge. Daughter had Sirloin steak that wasundercooked. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful. The place was clean. We don't eat out much so expectation were high. Read more

Chili?s is a favorite! Good selection on the menu & fast service! Chips & salsa are always a hit! Always delicious! Lunch menu... available. Lunch specials- pick 2 or pick 3 ! Good prices.
