Rudest person on the drive through on 11/22 Edit: The robot answer is got down below is the most customer service I got when I... called that number. It?s fine. Cookout isn?t life changing, I?ll stick to anywhere else that sells food. Read more

Definitely serving rotten ice cream on the regular. Used to be pretty good not anymore!

I have never had such a bad experience anywhere really. They left something out of our order and after going back home had to go... back to get it. The girl working inside was so mad that we came back to get what they left out that she threw the food onto thecounter, she actually threw it! I can tell you we and anyone else we know will not be back. Worst experience ever! I onlychecked one star and only because it wouldn't let me leave a review, it deserves 0 stars. Read more

Pretty decent. I like the hotdogs. The chicken sandwich was pretty good tonight. The Cajun fries are nasty though.

The only reason this is a 2 star review is because of the quality of the food. Without the food being good, it would be a 0 star... because of our service. My fiancé and I came through the drive thru around 2:20 AM tonight (this is the only good place openfor drive thru past midnight besides McDonalds) after we came back from a long day at the lake. When we were ordering, the girlon the mic was rushing us to order, not giving us even a split second to even think about what we wanted. Once we got up to thewindow, we were also rushed to give payment and not at all greeted with kindness. Once we received our food I checked it foraccuracy before we drove away and while I did I was stared down the entire time by the girl at the window. She had a disgustedlook on her face. When I realized they had left out our ranch and honey mustard that we asked for as well as straws for ourdrinks I asked my fiancé to ask them to get those items. They slammed the door shut and basically mocked us to the rest of thestaff. I understand that working at a fast food establishment doesn?t require anyone to have exceptional customer service but assomeone who as worked in the restaurant industry for over 7 years, I?ve never seen such disrespect to customers. Cookout hassome of my favorite fast food but if I ever pull up to the drive thru and hear that voice again, I?ll be gone. Read more

My Burger and Onion Rings were great and well worth the price, and the Peach Milkshake was the best in town. The service staff... was helpful and courteous, and the manager was visable, approachable, showed concern for his customers. Read more

Not bad the food was great but the girl up front was definitely not wanting to be there. Not personable or nice. So drive thru... will probably be your best bet....almost forgot I did get a milkshake for us to share and the guy that help me was very nice. Sowould have been a 4 star if it wasn't for her. I had never heard of this place but my friend invited us to have lunch here and then take the kids to Climb Murfreesboro after.... I was shocked at the prices. For 2 kids and myself (though I wasn't very hungry, just had an order of cajun fries), our totalwas less than $10. We'll come back later for milkshakes! I would order a burger or chicken sandwich if I came back. My friendhad the chicken sandwich and it looked good. It's fast food (food did actually come out super fast too) so it's not thehealthiest but the kids enjoyed it. I wish the fries were crispier. They do have lots of dipping sauces including the good kindof ranch! I noticed bible versus on the containers before I threw them away. I like that. My friend fed 7 people for under $50.Crazy!
