They've stopped honoring the "free pizza if your order isn't delivered to your car within 2 minutes" for car side carryout. They... stop the timer and don't bring the pizza out lol. Don't try to order on Friday or Saturday night. You'll be waiting at least anhour. Other than that, not terrible Read more

Completely immature and unprofessional management. No wonder they are so desperate for employees. TRAIN YOUR MANAGEMENT to run... the store efficiently and communicate with employees appropriately. Not to mention the other week I ordered a pizza for curbsidedelivery. There is a visible timer on the app that counts down and if your pizza isn?t delivered to your car within that time,you receive a free pizza. Well someone stopped the timer because I guess they knew it would take longer than the timer to bringout my pizza. I should have received it for free but decided not to complain, but since I now know how this store is ran I don?tfeel bad whatsoever. Read more
My husband and I order every Saturday from this dominos, but we won't be ordering at all any more I think. Yesterday we placed a... very simple $20 order of 2 pizzas with an almost $10 tip. This is commonplace for our Saturday night dinner and typically wehave no issues. The driver rang our gate code and after 20 minutes we still had no pizza. My husband had just gotten home afterworking almost 16 hours hoping dinner would be getting there at the same time. You can imagine his surprise when he checked thetracker that said delivered. I called the store manager who told me the driver dropped my pizza off by the front door -obviously not otherwise I wouldn't be calling to say it wasn't there. (For a 50% tip/you have one job you'd think they wouldcheck the address a little better.) The manager was very nice and I received a full refund plus new pizza. However, the newpizza was cold, sloppy, and carelessly made. I watched the driver for the new pizzas slam them down in front of my door, bang onthe door like they paid rent here, and then kick my sauce cup down the breezeway. I didn't know children were allowed to have ajob let alone a driver's license to deliver pizza ???? I'll just drive to Donato's next time. Read more
I have ordered from this location multiple times and on more than one occasion they either send the wrong order and or don?t... cook the food as described. Today we ordered a simple pizza and cinnamon twist and the food prep person put BBQ sauce oncinnamon twist. We called to relay the displeasure and Hayden the manager on duty showed no care in the world. I know you are ahigh volume store but customer experience and having some level of caring matters. Management hold your people more accountableto showing empathy when something is not done according to your guidelines. I had a coupon that was going to expire if I didn?t use it so on a Sunday I attempted to do so. At checkout I was unable to use... the coupon as there wasn?t a PIN number. I called the store and spoke to several people to include the manager and not one ofthem had any idea how to use the coupon. I called corporate which was closed on a Sunday evening so I attempted to use theirchat to resolve the problem, however the chat is nothing more than a bot and was of no help at all. I attempted to reach someonefrom Dominos on Twitter and had no luck there either, they don?t like to respond in anything approaching a timelymanner. Finally at 10:07 pm I got an email from Dominos telling me that the coupon was good and how to use it, but by then Ihad made other arrangements for dinner as it was almost my bedtime before they responded. The coupon expired that night and Iwas not offered or given an extension or a new coupon. The best that they could do was talk to me by way of DM on Twitter andwhoever was on the other end was rude. I?ve deleted my account and after being a loyal customer of theirs for over a decadethey lost me over a coupon. Read more
