The quality of food went from a 9 when Dominos first opened to a 0 now! The last few times we have ordered from Dominos on... Church St it has been AWFUL! Last time the pizzas were dropped and all over the place, stuck to the box and just horriblequality service upon delivery. It was also not warm. Todays order was not warm again and just bad quality food for the priceyou pay. I literally live less than 3 mins from the store there?s no reason to receive food that is not warm. I usually drive topick my food up, but I can?t because I had surgery so I depended upon Dominos to deliver good quality food. It wouldn?t be sobad if this wasn?t an every time occurrence. It?s really out of hand at this point, and I?ll no longer waste my money w/dominos. Read more
Customer service is GARBAGE!!!!!! The only thing good about this plavce is its in between shelbyville and murfreesboro. First... experiance = I placed a order for pickup at 11:30pm. When i got there, they said " oh, we thougth you said 10:30 sorry, we haveit but its cold" eaven a 5 year old would have thought to call after 20 minutes went by and no one showed up. Didnt eaven offertO fix the problem. 2nd experiance= I placed a order for delivery on a saturday at around 4:10pm. After the order was placedand paid for, then they felt it appropriate to tell me " yeah. Update: It's been a year, and we've never been disappointed. The only mistake was caught by them and fixed without me asking or... pointing it out. They are also active in the community supporting nearby schools. We're glad to have them! ******* This is a newlocation without the new location kinks! They don't show a menu. You you want to order anything at this location on Shelbyville highway? How are you supposed to get... anything from them if you don't know what they have for sale. I know it's a pizza place but at least like to be able to choosefrom a menu just ordered a Hawaiian pizza and one of their extravaganza pizzas. This Domino's was much needed here as it serves my neighborhood and many others off of Rucker Rd and US-231... And the food is... honestly better than I ever imagined it would be. I used to be limited to the other big box chain further down on S Church, butin my honest opinion this domino's blows it out of the water. I've tried their bone in and boneless buffalo and BBQ wings aswell as several pizzas. Not only do they deliver at blazing speeds but it's much cheaper and far more satisfying. The storeitself is immaculate, which I never thought possible given the state of the building for the past few years, if you drive by itevery day like I do I'm sure you understand! Can't think of one single thing to dock a start for. This is my new goto pizzaplace from now on, as is the same with my neighbors since they deliver in my neighborhood countless times a day. Ive orderd several pizzas that have been made very poorly. The latest pizza i orderd with no onions came with them with pieces... of a green pepper aswell. Ive orderd several cheese pizzas that have had pepperoni slizes on them. Worst dominos Read more
