If I could give 0 stars I would. When I placed my order at the speaker, I informed the cashier I had a dairy allergy and... proceeded to place my order. After having drank HALF of my coffee, I realized there was an add-in that I did NOT ask for,considering it contained dairy. I am currently having an allergic reaction to this. I tried to call them 3 times with no answer.Absolutely ridiculous! Read more

Went here to get a bagel toasted with cream cheese and a large iced americano with cream. They were out of bagels, they were... out of cups for the drink. They said they had sourdough and biscuits. I said does that mean you have sourdough biscuits or youhave sourdough bagels. The response was only biscuits and sourdough bread. I said can I have avocado toast, no we're out of theavocado spread. I said can I have 10 munchkins 5 jellies and 5 glazed they said they were out of glazed. What did Dunkin have? What's the point of going there you had absolutely nothing that I wanted. DD cold brew BLACK coffee drinker... ONLY. Tonight at your location on medical center parkway in Murfreesboro, TN my wife... ordered me a large black cold brew and herself a large ice coffee with cream and sugar in the drive throughand got home withthem. Mine looks like a cup of SWEET Iced Tea.. You can see right through it... not Cold Brew Black Coffee. Smh... come onya'll. I just went and bought DD BLACK original cold brew poured it into a clear glass so you at DD could see the difference andit's shockingly different. Not the same. I'd like a replacement coffee. Tastes like bitter dark water. Like someone justREBREWED OLD COFFEE GROUNDS a second time. Terrible. Read more
Asked for a dozen assorted doughnuts through drive thu about 5 minutes ago and opened the box to this! One filled doughnut come... on guys you?re better than that! Not to mention I got myself a personal vanilla crème doughnut with no cream inside!! Read more
I went inside to order as the drive thru line was long. I waited at the counter for no less than 5 minutes before it was even... noticed that I was there. I ordered a bottle of orange juice and 2 orders of snacking bacon. The snacking bacon was missing themaple seasoning as well as being limp and very greasy. I spoke to Lily (she said she was the assistant manager) and let her knowmy disappointment, I asked for the problem corrected or my money back. The seasoning was put on it this time, but it was evenmore floppy and greasy than the first batch. I don't know what the issue was this morning. I do know that when I stick to myusual dunkin location, it's much better, crisp, flavorful, minimal grease, as it should be. I requested my money back andrecieved it. I also put in a call to John on his cell phone (Lily said he's the district manager), and am waiting for his returncall. The restaurant was also in need of cleaning. I highly suggest going to another location, or a different business entirely. Read more
This location is going downhill fast. First they missed part of my order, then when I got it the bacon was raw and the wrap was... a mess in the bag. My box of ?assorted ? donut holes wasn?t close to assorted, as most of them were completely stale glazedholes. The coffee was nasty. This is my second bad experience in a row here, so I?ll be going to the other location. Read more
When it?s good, it?s really good! But it?s a 50/50 shot on if I?m going to get what I order. My drink is wrong probably more... than half the times that I go here. It?s just not worth having to park and go in and ask them to fix it anymore. Read more
