This dunkin is located inside of the MTSU campus. I went there to get a coffee, and the two employees were sitting outside of... the counter and seemed wouldn't want to move their butts, the coffee was cold and the employees were so sloppy. Coffee is not good and I regularly drink DD coffee. Only been there once and they did replace my cup with another, from the same... pot, but it was just as bad. Apparently they need to be more diligent about following DD protocol. Read more
On campus Dunkin is horrible they always mess up orders and give attitude when you ask for the right order. How hard is it to... make a coffee w just cream?? They ended up putting Splenda in my coffee. Read more
The food is good - standard Dunkin food. But the service is always slow - even when there is no line. Also?, I have to drink... decaf for health reasons, and even though the menu says that all coffee and espresso drinks are available in decaf, theemployees say they're not. Read more
