We were excited to visit Genghis Grill, because our good friend said it was one of his favorite places to eat and there was one... nearby. After that night, it became the most disappointing experience at a restaurant we?ve ever had. After we were seated, andit took 10 minutes for our drink order to be taken, and another 15 for our drinks to get to our table. Shortly after, our actualorders were taken. After 30 minutes, only one of our orders came out; while the rest were no where to be seen. After the firstorder came out, the waiter asked us to pay so we would be able to leave as soon as we finished eating. At this point, we assumedour food would be out relatively shortly, so we gave a 25% tip for the care our waiter was giving our table. We had no idea wewould remain in the restaurant for another hour before seeing the rest of our order. We all ordered ?medium? size meals,expecting a generous portion for the amount we paid. Unfortunately, that was not the case. What would be considered a ?small?meal at any other restaurant is apparently a ?medium? at Genghis. When we finally received our food after a hour and 30 minutesafter ordering, my friend couldn?t even eat half of his as it was too revolting. I will never go back in here again. Last bowl my mom and I got was disgusting so we threw them both away. Had a free birthday... bowl so thought I'd give it another chance. Went in and this guy saw me sitting there yet folded several napkins and silverwareinstead of speaking to me. He acted like he was doing origami or something when I'm sure the other customers were like me andjust wanted some service. I was in there at least 30 minutes waiting on my "free birthday bowl." When I saw it the container wasnot even filled half way. Looked like leftovers someone gave me. Keep your free food from now on bc it was not worth the wait. Read more

I ordered regular size kung pow chicken with cabbage, a healthy option. No peanuts in kung pow?! I asked them to spice it up,... bring the heat. 20 minutes after I ordered, I received it. Not spicy. Luckily the waitress brought Sriracha so I could bring theheat, myself. After that, not bad, but for $15 it should have been much better or twice the size. Read more
It has to be a 5 star because you have unlimited options ! You cant go wrong with the price; And the drinks are MASSIVE!

I love coming here and creating a new meal each time. They always have a wide variety of delicious pickings, it's always cooked... perfectly, and it's just a great experience. We were treated terribly and they lost our orders. We got them 2 hours later? I paid $20 and received this. Then, the next time... we tried to go, they split our party up across the empty restaurant when plenty of seats and tables were available.
