We get up early every other day to go get a hot good breakfast here, and I've even worked at this location twice. The food was good and it normally is.. Service leaves a bit to be desired. Young man looks to be fresh out of high school. Did... not greet me and when I asked for mustard he rambled around in a small bin above the register for all of 3 seconds before saying"we probably ain't got none". 08/14/2022 @about 3:30pm I witnessed this store filled with rude employees ran by a rude chubby white lady manager wearing... glasses with brown hair. We didn?t catch her name but we will be finding out soon and I will be speaking with someone about it.My boyfriend is highly allergic to bread and everything you can name. We came through drive thru for something quick asking forfresh burger Patties and to make sure they didn?t get cross contaminated (as that is all he can eat) he will become deathly illif he eats anything he isn?t suppose to. You can clearly tell the manager on duty was having an attitude because she slammed thewindow on us after they refused to make us fresh food her employee went to the back and she came up and opened the window got asnotty attitude and tried to tell us our food was fresh when it clearly wasn?t. I?ve been a manager at Burger King for 6 years Iknow the difference between dropping burgers fresh in the broiler and ones that have been sitting in a PHU pan thrown into abag. They took absolutely no precautions to make sure the food wasn?t cross contaminated. The food was ready and out the windowlike a minute after he paid. Proving that it was not freshly dropped. After we asked for our money back she opened the door andthrew the 5$ bill on the ground. Her whole attitude was uncalled for and unprofessional. We simply asked for fresh food and sherefused. We won?t be going back and I will be talking to whoever I can to make sure this gets delt with because she should notbe a manager yet alone be working at that store. Read more
Ensure when going here that you are more specific about your order than you would be with a 5 year old. And for Hardees, dont... randomly give breakfast varients of food out when your lunch menu is up. thanks. Read more
Had an Uber order here and the lady said she couldn?t find it in their system (it was a large order). I called support and all... the sudden the order was canceled. The agent came back on the phone and told me the restaurant canceled the order. Why offerUber Eats if you do not want to fulfill the orders Hardee?s?? AWFUL LOCATION!!! Read more
Went to the drive-thru ordered two Hardee's breakfast platters both with bacon and a large drink... At first I actually ordered... one sausage one bacon and then said no make them both bacon please only to get to the window and they had only placed the orderfor one and then was upset when I told them that I had ordered two when handed me back my change they handed me the receipt andbills first and put the change on top and it went all over the parking lot was very rude to me and never once apologized Read more
Only have been to this location a few times and after today's visit I won't be returning. The incompetency in the kitchen is... mind blowing. It shouldn't take three attempts to make one cheeseburger with ketchup only and one double cheeseburger ketchuponly. When that seemingly impossible task was finally completed the rest of our food was some cold. Not that it was very warm orfresh to begin with. To anyone wanting to try Hardee's pick a different location or just go nextdoor to Burger King. I wish wewould have. Read more
Can be very busy on weekends in the drive through. Especially on the drive through. Would order ahead online for faster serve or... walk-in. Serice is otherwise good. Read more
