There was a little disappointment in this visit. Waitress apparently in training, apparently so was the kitchen staff. Wing... flavors were all wrong. (Not what was ordered).. wing parts appeared mangled and deformed (not what I am accustomed to atHooters). When management came to the table to check the status of the order, he was told of the problem, went to the kitchento correct, but the songs looked Tasted the same upon his return. Brought this to his attention at which tone he then stated"ohwe are out of that seasoning." I would think he would have mentioned that when returning the wings the first time. Not the bestvisit, but I won't give up on them, I've had good visits there before. Let's chalk this one up as just a bad night. Read more
Thanks hooter's for helping me realize that I did not want to eat here. I thought coming in the door and being greeted and... taking to a table showed you i did. But after seating for almost 15 minutes in a very empty dining room, I am still waiting tobe able to request a water. Yet I watch and hear employees having loud conversations with their friends who just came for avisit, not even to eat. THEY ARE TEN FEET AWAY AND WERE LOOKING AT ME. But as I was leaving, at least the hostess did say for meto have a good night. Granted, she also saw that I never ordered, ate, or even talked to anyone else that worked there. Read more
My friend and I usually stop here after golfing nearby, and it's pretty much what you would expect at any other Hooters: great... wings, large TVs, etc. That being said, there is one issue: the draft beer is INCREDIBLY foamy. I don't know if this is thefault of the waitresses or the tap, but ordering a beer here takes like 10 minutes because the foam has to continually be dumpedout and refilled multiple times per beer. Originally, I thought it was due to the waitresses turning setting the tap to fullblast by pulling it all the way. They like to turn it on high, leave it, and come back to it. My initial thought was they shouldfill the cup on a slant and not with the tap fully engaged. It's possible, though, that they've already tried this, and it'sstill foamy. As such, I will give them the benefit of the doubt (but I am still skeptical). I've been coming here about 3-4times per month for several months, and the issue persists across waitresses. Large order of warm buffalo shrimp brought at the same time my cold salad came . Rubberized shrimp that were skimpy on sauce... they can keep this franchise, empty parking lot should have tipped me off . Toots down the street Needed parking. Usually Dependable Information !!!! Night and day, this visit from the last. Spike was a fantastic bartender. Efficient and friendly. Servers were hardworking and... attentive. It?s multiples tougher now being a server than it was pre-Cword. I?m appreciative of the effort. Food was pretty damngood, and fast enough. I?d recommend giving it a shot again if you swore off. Bathrooms needed some real work, but that?s theonly negative thing I gave to say?.great job Hooters. Read more
M'boro Hooters needs to kick it up a notch. We ordered boneless Honey Chipotle wings and they were great but the service was... slow. There were about 8 people & 3 servers but we waited about 10 min for someone to spot us waiting to be seated. Also no BudLight draft which is unheard of. It was a Tue so I'm sure they were trying to save during mid-week. Our server was really nice& it wasn't her fault. Hooters in Murfreesboro has one of the best locations, great parking, clean restrooms, & several TVs ondifferent channels so you can watch your pleasure. We really do go for the wings ????, they never disappoint. And you never knowwho you'll see. This time we met 2 guys who were with the 2022 Motortrend Power Tour. We got the scoop on where the drivers werestaying and took a spontaneous tour of about 200 HOT RODs. Let's show Hooters some love and maybe this will help them boosttheir service. Read more
Walked in to a warm restaurant with sticky floors. They are understaffed (generally because low pay or substandard work... conditions) No orange for my beer nor lemon for my ice water.... Remember the lack of service I was talking about......tick-toc,tic-toc...thinking of forwarding my mail service here????. Food isn't why people come here, .... Ordered 45 minutes ago.... Foodwas edible, nothing to brag about, though i absolutely adored the cold flys. Got the wrong salad too... last plate arrived asmostly everyone was finished. If I could give this place negative stars I would absolutely do that. Walked in right at 11 when they opened and were the only... people here. Didn?t have the beer we wanted, waitress brought the wrong beer, service was slow. Ordered food. Got here and itwas cold. Ordered naked wings and they brought fried. Food was not good. I could almost understand if they were busy but we werepractically the only ones here. Restroom smelled like rotten cabbage, probably should call a plumber to snake it out. Tableswere sticky and not clean. Very unpleasant all the way around. Management and ownership should be ashamed and will be out ofbusiness soon if it doesn?t improve. Read more
