So I'm a truck driver and this was my first experience with Jet Pizza and I'm going to say I was not disappointed to be honest... the wings were the second best wings that I've ever had and they were the honey barbecue the Pizza Bar None the best I've everhad it was delicious the crust was crispy there was plenty of toppings and it was amazing. I would suggest this pizza place toanyone who sees it. Good work guys and girls. Read more

Buckle up friends. This one is a bit of a ride! Awhile back, Jet's Pizza decided to stop delivering in my area. This made us... reliant on third party apps to receive their delicious pizza, specifically DoorDash. Well, I have placed two orders fordelivery from Jet's Pizza, and on both occasions, despite tipping very generously, my order was stolen. DoorDash notified mehours later that the food would not be arriving as the driver has taken off with the order. Once was infuriating enough, buttwice was just simply unacceptable, so I deleted the application when customer service just couldn't quite make the situationright. The store refused to remake the order, and they kept trying to push credits versus an actual refund. The restaurant wasincredibly rude and lacking empathy for the situation, and as it turns out, it may be for a reason. Others have shared theirexperiences with me, and their stories are shockingly identical to mine. The series of events are repeated quite frequently, butthrough various customers and their respective wallets. The more they tipped, the higher the chances they shared my fate. Thislocation has been staying the tips meant for the drivers, and giving them nothing to deliver the order. Disgruntled that theyallegedly received no tip, they run off with the food. DoorDash takes the blame, and the store refuses to remake theorder. This is simply unacceptable, and something really needs to be done about this atrocity. I demand justice, and pizza! Read more
I started eating Jets about q0 urs ago. I was pregnant and wanted a really good pizza. I had gotten some coupons in the mail and... decided to try it. Never had a bad pizza from them. The child I was pregnant with at that time, well he's a Jets pizza fan too! Read more
If I could rate a zero (0), I would! Never again will I go to Jet's Pizza on Rutherford Blvd across from the Wal Mart. They have... horrible customer service!!! Rude from the start, when taking my order. Then one of my pizza’s had hair cooked into thecheese. When I called to complain, their response was, “Oh, well our guy cooking the pizza is completely bald.” Then theyreluctantly offered to take $10 off of my next order, like I’d ever want to come back for a second helping of “Horriblecustomer service and Hairy pizza”. Yeah, no thanks. I’m good. I asked for their names; General Manager, Lauren and StoreManager, Trent both need to get it together. I’m so mad! Visit this place at your own risk.
