A quick take-out that ended up being NOT very quick. Common theme for this area - everytime I stop in to a fast food restaurant... my lingering thought ends up being....this would be a great location for a fast food restaurant. Wanted a bucket of Extra Crispy chicken. I was told it would be a 25 minute wait. I was not in a hurry and really wanted the... crispy chicken, so I said OK. Lady at drive through took my payment and asked me to park, saying she would bring my order whenit was ready. That was at 5:01 pm. At 5:30 pm I went in to ask for the chicken I had been waiting for. I was told it wasn'tready. I asked, When will it be ready? They said another 25 minutes! I had them refund my credit card charge. They showed me areceipt showing the refund but said they could not give me a copy of it. I wish I could give them zero stars for this review. Read more

I place a takeout order online, but when arrived at the store at the scheduled pick up time (6:30pm), the doors to the... restaurant were locked. So, I waited 15 minutes in the drive through lane to pick up my food, but when I got to the window I wastold to pull around and wait longer because my food still wasn't ready. At 7:05pm (35 minutes after the scheduled pick up time),they brought my food to the car, but I was told "we ran out of biscuits, so I gave you cookies instead". Read more

We went through the KFC Murfeesboro drive thru after an 11 hour drive. We waited about 15 minutes for our food. Nbd, if they... needed to make more chicken, that's fine. However, when we got to the hotel, we found that they only gave us 6 pieces of the 8piece family meal and three of those pieces were inedible. One piece was burnt, the other two were smushy and the bones werebroken. Read more

No dine in which sucks after an 18 hour drive. Drive thru during the busiest lunch hour. Ordered chicken Littles and they... weren't made correctly, missing the mayo and pickles. Also ordered famous bowls but weren't given spoons so we went to the doorto get someone's attention and the lady told us no through the window without even asking what we needed. So we had to stand atthe drive thru window trying to get someone's attention. They definitely were slacking. Read more

Don't waste your time going here. It's a nightmare to get in and out of this place. Plus they have the lobby locked down. NO... inside dining, drive thru only. Meanwhile YUM brands just opened up 628 new locations in the first quarter of 2022! Stopsupporting these horrible corporations! They need to focus on existing locations and open their doors. We left and went tocracker barrel who actually has open doors. Read more
