My main complaint is around curbside ordering through the app. There is no "I'm here" option to alert staff of your arrival, so... I always end up going inside. Other than that, great alternative to panera for soups, salads and sandwiches. Read more
I thought the people here were really friendly and the food was great. My friend and I were initially going to get food to go,... but we ended up just eating in-house instead. it wasn't too busy and they were respectful. The woman working at the counterwas really nice too. It felt like I was just hanging out and seeing a friend, but I had never met her. the other workers werekind too and said "hi". it was a nice dining experience. Read more
I ordered a delivery on the Mcalisters website. On the order I had the ultimate nachos. I asked for only chips, rotel and chili... on the nachos but was given chips with shredded cheese only. I called and spoke with the Manager Kayla and she was very rude tome over the phone when I asked for a partial refund for the nachos only. I wasn't being hostile or rude back and told her Icould not come pick up the food because I have young children asleep (the whole reason I got delivery) and she said there wasnothing she could do for me. I have never had such a rude experience with anyone at Mcalisters and love the restaurant and havebeen a loyal customer for years. However, after this experience I dont believe I will ever return, at least not to thislocation. Read more
Terrible. If you order to go, good luck. Every time I get take out, they are missing stuff. Tonight, we ordered 4 of the pick... 2s, and every single one was missing something. Half of the order was missing. After going and picking up the rest and driving20 minutes back home, we all got the pleasure of enjoying cold food. The second time around we picked up the missing soups, sorealistically those should?ve been at least warm since they were fresher than the other food. Nope. It was all cold. One of usgot the ultimate nachos, the chips were all broken and mainly crumbs. Asked for no avocado or jalapeños, but of course thosewere still on there. No pickle spears were included. When we did go to pick up the remaining missing food, we were greeted withattitude and given the excuse that a DoorDash worker took the other bag of our food and that?s why it was missing. Didn?t evenoffer to remake the food that at that point, was old and cold. And what did the worker do to offer to fix this? A SINGLE freetea. What a joke. I?ve never seen so much incompetence. Sandwiches are very small but taste good. Soups are not very good at all and also mine was barely warm. Always check the bag bc... they are very unorganized on expo. I don't think I will be returning. Felt like a waste of money. Read more
Food is great but service sucks. I ordered a mobile order at 5:19 got there 15 minutes later, it still was not done. Waited an... additional 20-25mins before I got my order. Front house was standing around when they could?ve been busting tables or helping inthe kitchen. One was counting her tips while there was at least 10-15 ppl waiting for their food. I thought there was one personin the kitchen, there was three ppl and they still took 30+ mins which is ridiculous. Never should someone wait even close tothat time for their food when they?re not even that busy. Read more
For some reason, I always forget McAlister's exists. And then, randomly, I'll get a craving for a bread bowl. I'm pretty sure... McAlister's is the only place that offers soup in bread bowls. Good soup at that. Great soups, good tea's, nice variety ofsandwiches to choose from. A little bit of everything. I would say the prices are fair. I receive decent customer service,nothing to complain about. That's McAlister's for ya. Nothing really stands out, it's kind of forgettable, but when you doremember it, they don't disappoint.
