This is the McD's closest to us, and we've been here hundreds of times over the years. So, depending on the management, this is... a more solidly run location. This particular time, we asked for McRibs made fresh to order, and they delivered! For the mostpart, the window staff in the a.m. is MUCH more friendly than the evening, but I've come to expect little more than a grunt frommost fast food staffs these days- McD's or otherwise. So, if I even get a smile of some kind, I'm good. Don't get me started onTaco Bell... Anyway.. for this visit last week... kudos to the McD's staff for the ultra- FRESH McRibs! Sticky floors, cold fries with too much salt, burgers were also cold. Ordered unsweetened tea got sweet tea. Could of gave it... to the hummingbird's. Read more
The service "if you can call it that" was horrible; the price of this cattle feed has become OUTRAGEOUS. The girl at the window... couldn't even be bothered to turn around as she dangled our food out of the window as it would have interrupted her conversationwith the other useless employees inside. Then when I got home the food was so old and hard that I literally had to just eat thedry burger without the bun. I rarely eat at these places but flotg replace these useless excuses for people with machinesalready. Thier performance is likely infinity more acceptable than this trash of a restaurant. Read more
McDonald's... you don't expect much and they deliver... actually this location seemed to be running better than most. Frys are... always fresh when I have been and orders have never been made wrong for me. I haven't tried the shake machine but for those whodon't know, when they say its broken, its because it goes into a lock out mode every so often (i think very other day) and hasto be cleaned to be reset and typically there is only one person in the whole store who knows how to run the cleaning cycle onit. So it just sits in lock out mode until that person can get around to cleaning it. Read more
My issue tonight was an experience with the pricing. I went inside and used the self service kiosk. On screen the price for a... large drink was $1.49. I selected the button to to finish my transaction, the screen blipped, then it went to a total page thatsaid my total was a $1.96. I was not given a receipt. I went to the counter and asked them for my receipt. All they could giveme was a receipt with a QR code on it. The young girl explained to me the 50 cents difference was the tax. Tennessee's tax rateis high, but not that high.The young lady said something to the manager who said that's what it cost and walked away. I askedher to come over and speak with me and ask her how the price went up 50 cents. She explained that's what it cost with the tax. I tried to make her understand that would be a 33% tax rate and she finally tried to prove me wrong by showing me her screenbehind the counter. It also showed that a large drink was a $1.49 but then the total price was a $1.96. She printed me a receiptwhich shows the actual price is a $1.79. About a month or so ago, Large drinks went from a dollar plus tax to a total of a$1.79. Now I'm being charged a $1.96. What's going on? Why did the kiosk and the register show a drink as a $1.49 but thenprint out as $1.79 plus tax? Read more

I really love how this McDonald?s says it is closed and the Taco Bell across the street says it?s open, yet this McDonald?s... establishment served us hot fries and a good cheeseburger and the Taco Bell told me they were closed when I saw people in thewindow:).
