I am giving 3 stars because the young lady who took my order was awesome and friendly and the young man that gave me my order... was the same. I used drive through. The food was horrible. Fries were overcooked and old. Burger was dry and like cardboard. Chicken nuggets were overdone or old and dry. Read more
Even if you ordered table service, still put your order in bag and you have to pick it up. Not that clean.
My experience here has been good. I appreciate the staff there for their work and kindness. My orders always come out right,... especially when I use their mobile app. Read more
Ordered hot tea now for the third time and they keep giving me a cup full of hot water. Literally. Every. Time. So I?m not sure... if everyone skipped that training video but note to all employees: Hot tea requires a tea bag!! If they ask for sugar, then putsugar. Would give it no stars, but it doesn't let you. Also, I wish I could put a picture of my quarter pounder, blood red raw. I live... by walgreens @middle tn @mercury. I refuse to go to broad st. I drive all the way back can't come in, have to get back into thedrive thru and all the manager can say is he has no control over it, that burgers cook on a timer. I'll replace it. After allthe driving, waiting in drive thru again and that's all he can do. Will post pictures on Yelp and other social media. This washandled completely wrong. The replacements patty was smashed. Is this really how you treat customers. We eat there often. Maybenot anymore. Obviously this franchise owner doesn't care about customers. The service was excellent. A store this big and in this part of town should be manned by more people. However due to call outs... amongst other things the employees that are loyal to the company are not treated any better than the ones that don't showconsistency. The crew did an awesome job based on the limited amount of bodies they had available for work. Reward youremployees or somebody like myself will. Read more
