The food came out hot. I really enjoyed it I love to see a good clean McDonald's. Also I like service. They were pushing people... to do the app which was okay. I understand that sometimes they get busy and the app helps them get food out faster so I'm withit enjoyed my visit thanks Read more

All of the food was fresh tasting and for a fast food place they did great and the wait time wasn't long at all.

This location has recently gotten new people in for breakfast shift and we have been very loyal customers. Today, my father went... through drive thru to grab breakfast after an early appt. He ordered rhe Big Homestyle breakfast with pancakes. Got home to findno pancakes. There was a new girl at the window who was very rude to him. Make sure there is communication between cooks sndfront line. Things get left behind because certain people don't listen. Read more

I need y?all to know that I?ve never left a review for a fast food restaurant in my entire life. Not even for Chick-fil-A. But I... just had the best experience I could?ve ever asked for at this McDonald?s. Prepare for a rollercoaster of flowery language whileI detail, what can only be described as, a life changing experience. First, I opened my McDonald?s app. Then, I scrolled to the?Deals? section. My eyes were graced with a plethora of discounted options. In fact, there were so many that it took me 20minutes to figure out which deal would satisfy my lunchtime craving. Once I settled on what I wanted, I placed my mobile order, and I headed to this McDonald?s. From my previous experiences in Memphis, my hometown, I expected the same service.Disappointing. Stressful. Anger-inducing. I pulled into the parking lot bracing myself for disappointment. The all too frequentemotions began to fester, and my body prepared its ?fight or flight? response. Psychologists call this a ?trauma response.? I?vebeen traumatized at many locations before. So, I braced for impact. As I pulled into my curbside order parking spot, I noticedemployees inside doing, what seemed to be, Olympic training exercises. Employees running to and fro. Hamburger buns and sodacups being frantically fashioned into order-specific bags. I immediately burst into tears because I thought the employees werein a brawl. No sooner than the first tear had fallen from my eyes did an employee come sprinting out the door with my order. Shelooked as a soldier prepared for war. She sprinted to my window, so I rolled it down. We didn?t speak for a few seconds. We madeeye contact. It was as if time itself had stopped to greet us with angelic praise. Then, came the following words? ?Goodafternoon, sir. Did you have the Big Mac and the 10-piece nugget?? I was speechless. I didn?t get yelled at. I didn?t get toldthe ice cream machine was broken. I was called ?sir,? and the order she called out to me was correct. Read more

As usual french fries, cold and hard like they've been laying around for all day. Big Mac sandwich. Ice cold. Very little sauce... on it. Made it very dry. A horrible experience as usual. I will never eat at McDonald's again. They are garbage Read more

I wanted fries so I ordered a basket fries but they had no salt on them. Was kinda miffed but my dogs enjoyed them since i... couldn't. This location seems staffed mostly by students who arent seeking a career at mcdonalds and probably aren't gettingpaid enough to care. Wanted to make that clear before some rep for the company sees my review and tries to smooth things overwhen its a simple solution pay people enough and they wont cut coners because they will value their job a lil more. I'm by nomeans complaining about the employees as they put in the same effort their paycheck reflects and I understand that logic. Ican't understand the logic of the employer thinking employees will do more for less though. (P.s. I have had decent fries fromthere before this is just a review from my latest time) Read more
