I went to the McDonald?s at this location around 1:35 pm 08/10/22 what in the world ??I don?t know why people have to be so... rude???? The manager on this location, fat grumpy lady was so rude just because we returned a chicken sandwich, because wascold and soggy. Went through to get a burger and chicken nuggets and asked for no cheese, I am dairy free. I drive away and look at my sandwich... and it definitely has cheese. I go back through the drive thru and they said no problem we will re-make it. They take the oldone and hand me a new one. Before I even leave the lot I check to be sure. It STILL has cheese. I go back to the window and letthem know this. I was so ready to be mad but was trying to be nice and understanding so I apologize for coming back and that Iwouldn't have made it a big deal if I couldn't have cheese. The lady said No ma'am, you paid for your food and you should getwhat you ordered. Don't apologize for getting what you wanted. It made the situation a lot better. I believe this is one of the longer standing McDonald's in Murfreesboro. I have been here many times over the years more so for... happy meals for little ones than anything else. This location is always busy so be prepared to wait in line. Other than thatit's the typical experience you would expect from this long standing fast food chain. Read more
