I went to buy three hamburgers, two for my daughters and one for me, I ordered them to go. When I got home I started eating it... and it was hard as a rock and now I have a lot of pain in my tooth I hope you don't lose it. I usually order my daughter a happy meal and this weeks urs the Cars movie toys, she loves cars. Today she wanted pizza so I... only ordered food for myself. At the window I asked if it was ok to get a car and was told i had to pay for a happy meal. Thatsfine, attempted to hand over my card and was told I had to drive around again. Which I thought was ridiculous, but I knew howmuch my daughter wanted the car. I drove around, meanwhile no on else in drive thru. Casher rung me up for the cheapest happymeal. And when I got to pick up window he just acted like he didn't just tell me to drive around. I asked them to donate mealhopefully they will. One positive oh and just found out they have a play area inside not sure if they are all like this butthats was cool. Service wise, they need to do better. Read more
I had my grandson's 9th birthday party there. I put up decorations, even on the windows, put tablecloths on two tables and... really did it up right. I even used their ice machine for my cups!! The staff was very friendly and helpful, they never said onething about what I did. We did clean up our mess and one of the staff girls came out and helped me!! My grandson had a blast, asdid my youngest grandson and my daughter, his mom. The food wasn't bad either. Read more
Restaurant was gross, employees sitting on the counter, no lids at drink station which had two drink cups from different... restaurants at it. Had to wait to ask for lids, just to get home and my sprite has no syrup in it. I have respect for fast foodemployees, so I don?t blame them. I blame the 3 managers that were around them the whole time letting this happen and not caringwhat their employees were doing. I don?t ask for much. Just have my food correct, complete, and within a reasonable amount oftime. I really don?t think that is too much to ask. Read more
The service was fast .food was fresh and hot. We ordered chocolate chip cookies for the kids and they were still warm like they... hadn't been out of the oven long. the staff there was very friendly as well. Highly recommend this McDonald's . Read more
I work at General Mills and go here for my lunch because it's close. They haven't got my order right not 1 time. 1 day i went... back 3 times and they still didn't get it right. I don't order complicated stuff. I won't be back after today...got it wrongagain and didn't even give me anything I actually order. Set in the drive threw for 5 to 10 mins before anyone took my order andi was the only car in drive threw. I highly do not recommend. Read more
The lady who was working the cash register on 4/27/22 at 1pm was super nice! She was polite, friendly, quick to take our order,... and she made sure they had it out to us quick. The order was perfect and the facilities were also nice and clean. We?ve seen alot of McDonald?s all around the US and this one was an A+! Read more
Just sat in the drive-through line for 10 minutes. When I got to the window they told me they were out of one of the items I had... ordered. 2 weeks ago we went to the McDonald's and my husband had to return two times to get the correct meal. Read more
