Placed an online order, said it'd be ready at a certain time. I came in to pickup , and took an additional 20 minutes past time... it was supposed to be ready by. Dining room looked dirty. Employees where just talking and in thier own world gossiping, movingsuper slowly. This location Seriously needs corporate to come in & remind them how to do thier jobs efficiently. Read more

You are better off going elsewhere because this location is always out of everything! If you try to order breakfast items at... 8:00 AM half of their options already says SOLD OUT. Whoever is responsible for the purchasing on this location needs to befired! Read more
Place is disgusting, so much dropped food under the tables not picked up, crumbs everywhere, sticky iPads....Wifi not working.... Tried Panera again having not been in a while...quickly remember why. This chain is just trash, the Wendy's of quick servicerestaurants. Read more
Staff was friendly but I was at this location twice today for Sip Club iced coffee. The first time I had to take it back to my... hotel and rework it for it to be palatable. The second time I just threw it away. I gave instructions both times. I'm just gladI didn't actually pay for either one. Read more
Great vibe. Very friendly employee. The food was amazing. The prices was good for the amount and how delicious it was.
Wow was just told when ordering that the dining room closes an hour early so they can leave when the place closes. Nothing... posted anywhere stating that dining area closes at a different time than the restaurant. Not as if we came in at 855 either,815 leaves plenty of time to be properly served. I have worked in the food industry before so I get it when people come inclose to closing time but come on. If that's your policy, post it. Even better we can't sit and eat but no one is cleaning theplace either. Trash on the floor with no one there. Worst experience I've had at a Panera. And the flat bread I ordered wascold when I was given to me with our order. Read more
They are missing my two cookies, I didn?t order chips, and I?m also missing my bread bowl. If I order a soup as a meal then why... is it in a smaller container that?s meant for sides.
