Even with Doordash as their delivery partner they take forever to deliver, and sometimes because the pizza don't fit the... Doordash delivery bags they are cold by the time they arrive. Only good thing is pick up i guess, but then there can be a wait.3+ hrs, to get anything delivered. Read more
Employees were very polite and the pizza was delicious!
Waited over an hour for the food and tracking still said 30-40 minutes. If you call the store, you get connected to a help... center, not even anyone in the store. They just tell me the pizza says it's making. They're probably looking at the sametracking info I have so absolutely no help. I asked them to connect me to someone inside the store, and the store neveranswered. My pizza was never made, and I got disconnected 3 times trying to get a hold of someone in the store. It's ridiculousto me that they outsource their calls. I will never order Papa Johns again. Read more
Delivery took 3 hours to arrive even though the app said 30 minutes. The driver showed up with the ?I?m the only driver on... shift? speech. I felt kind of bad for him, but if I am paying $50 for 2 pizzas for delivery I want decent customer service.Pizza chains like this have been in business for decades and should know that only having one driver is unacceptable. Don?t evenoffer delivery if that?s the case. I waited on hold for an hour trying to speak to someone at the store, they never answered.You can?t cancel an order on the app either. I refused to accept delivery, as I had already gone to Pizza Hut, picked up a (muchbetter pizza), came home and ate it. I?m still going through hoops to find out how to get my money back. I ordered three medium pizzas, one beef, one Italian sausage, and one pepperoni. All the pizzas were pretty small with little to... no topping. I spoke with Shelby and she was very kind and understanding, and offered to resend me the whole order afterrefunding my order. She was very understanding, and coming from someone who worked at papa johns for many years she?s anexcellent employee. They refunded it and re-sent it in 30 minutes. Read more
Wow. Ordered online 12 minutes after opening. Had pizza and wings delivered within 1hr. White guy driving Chrysler 300 delivered... my order to my truck in the rain and had a great attitude and even made sure order was correct before leaving including packetsand sauces. Delivery took over an hour to come. It took 30 mins for them to actually start making my pizza. Mind you the app said 29-39... minutes. Only ordered two medium sized pizzas and live no more than 10 mins away. Honestly RIDICULOUS!! So if you?re in a hurryfor a quick dinner this is NOT the location for you. Read more
