Extra cheese and it doesn?t cover the whole pizza?
3 stars cause they?re new, I usually pick up my pizzas cause it?s cheaper but due to my pregnancy I can?t move around the way I... want to (Partner is working around dinner time). Given it?s only 5 minutes away from us. Our last order took an hour to get tous. I get it?s a new location new staff and training, but the amount of going through third parties is a bit much. I made a callin order and was directed to a call center which was weird. If you?re looking for a job and have a car pls give them a call. Icalled the manager to see the ETA on my order and the poor thing sounded stressed. He mentioned he didn?t have any drivers. So Isee the perk of using DoorDash drivers downside is I know they only pick up big tip orders. Our pizza was cold and dry. I?lljust go back to the one on memorial for now. Read more

I have always liked Papa John's. I ordered from their app and it is usually filled by the business on Memorial Blvd. However,... this last time it was fulfilled by the new Papa John's on Lasscassas Pike. The pizza was well over done with burned spots on thecrust. It was dried out and tough. I ordered one Philly cheese steak papadidas and it was over done. It had maybe 3 tbs of beefon it and pretty much nothing else. The flat bread was tough and over cooked. Read more
Don't offer a $10 papa dough discount if your website is going to mess up everytime you try to apply it. Extremely frustrating... and it feels like a trick. The staff was very friendly when I called to cancel my order though. Read more
completely messed up our order had to take it back up there to get are order fixed then the 2nd time around the pizza was sloppy... and undercooked. Staff acted like they didn't know how to make certain pizzas. Read more
I order at the one on old fort parkway in Murfreesboro they always have everything perfect and on time and great and friendly... service everytime if your in the area and staying over night and want great food and service this is the place togo . Read more
