The food is delicious and tastes just like home. I am glad that the spring rolls are what I expect them to be! Couldn't find... them in any other Asian restaurant without it being fried like egg rolls. I went here a few days ago and- this is important tonote- but they are open only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday due to short staffing issues. Other than that, the food filled meup quite fast. ???? Best pho restaurant in the 'Boro! With many pho options as well as other food options, Pho Viet cannot be beat. The Thai Tea is... amazing, I ordered the medium bowl (which is HUGE by the way) with rare steak. They have all the fixins to add to your pho,personally I add everything spicy and a few dashes of fish sauce. Very filling and flavorful, cannot recommend enough! Read more

I was a big fan of the beef pho here! The meat was relatively tender and lean. The bowl overall had a better flavor than most... pho places, though I have experienced slightly better steak before. They were generous with the extra sauces, etc, that theybrought out and gave me bean sprouts, which I love. I drank all the broth and everything! A good, clean building with nicefiltered water. The server was friendly, and the service was quick. There's not many Vietnamese pho in Murfreesboro TN, but this was good for... the price. The meat was flavorful in the pho and in the pork chop meal. The pork chop was a bit thin. The server got one of ourdrinks wrong. Also, don't order water. I don't know if it was the cup, the ice, or water, but I didn't even touch the waterbecause there was a bug floating in it. Read more

Just moved to Murfreesboro and was excited to try the vegan pho. No one was answering the phone so we drove the 15 minutes to... Pho Viet and arrived to a sign on the door saying they were closed until further notice due to staffing shortage. It would behelpful to change the google status as temporarily closed instead of open. Huge bummer. Read more
