Reading the reviews after I ordered I was like OMG. But after the food was delivered. I was extremely satisfied. So, my review... was different. The kids said the food was fresh it was delivered in a timely manner. The lady that answered the phone and tookmy order was polite. I asked for plates and napkins. They delivered plates and napkins. All of the reviews are true. They do not utilize the delivery system online. They also make the food and let it sit there an... hour before delivering. According to the woman I spoke to on the phone, it takes the delivery guys over an hour to pick up anyorders. So yeah, when the food arrived it tastes old because it was made hours ago. I ordered online and when I arrived. They were really make the food with no gloves at all. They were running the register and... handling money then went right back to making pizzas. One guy had locs and was shaking his head around the food with no hear neton. I have locs and out hair will shed and every time I cook I put on a loc cap or sleeve to avoid this because I?ve had my ownhair fall in my food once. Never ordering here again until this is fixed. I waited an hour and a half once it said my order was out for delivery and on the second call to the store they said it was... delivered even though the website said otherwise. I was offered a store credit I would have to call back to use another day. Nodinner and no money in my bank account. But I could try again tomorrow. I live 0.4 miles away but apparently I do not reside within their "delivery zone" that they apparently have no control over. The... shift lead seemed to not have a single clue on how to do anything other than slap sauce and toppings on a pizza. Read more
