Every time I order from here I always receive my order in its entirety, and it is always accurate as well as delicious. They... have great deals on the app too! I don't usually write reviews but man this place is great. In spite of this, I visited thislocation at 10:30 p.m. on 9/30/22. When I walked in I was instantly greeted by the coolest cashier I've ever met, and we had agreat conversation. Also, apparently a customer cancelled their order, so without charging me he gave me an additional eightpiece wing free of charge. They constantly have issues with their delivery drivers, or at least they use that as an excuse as to why they can't deliver the... food you order. I decided I would be proactive today and call to make sure that they have drivers. Instead of answering thephone like normal human beings with an iota of customer service skills, they pick up the phone and don't say anything. Thisstore is trash and I hate that they're the ones zoned to deliver to my house. Read more
Tried to order 7 pizzas for my sons birthday, like I do EVERY year. Junior refused stating that over 6 pizzas required 24 hours... notice. I offered to order 6 and have someone else order my 7th- the man said ?we can go back and forth all you want but I?m notmaking them.? So if I order 6 & someone orders 2 behind me they won?t make them either?????????????????? Every year I order fromthis same store and never had a problem, and I usually order between 7-10 pizzas. I can order 7 on the app without beingstopped, why is that?? Junior was beyond disrespectful. He said he can?t because it?s a ?slower store?- wonder why that is? Unacceptable! I Ordered a pizza and wings. I was told it would take 40 minutes. 40 minutes after the text said it was out for... delivery I called to to check on it. After an hour and 30 waiting on hold, I was going up on. Called back and was forwarded to acall center that can only take orders... I was told I was lying about not receiving my order and I would have to call back thenext day and speak to the manager to fix the mistake for dinner tonight. After prepaying and tipping the driver 25%, not only doI not have my order, but I'm out the cost for a premium pizza, wings, delivery fee, and 25% tip. Now after 3 hours, I have tomake food for the family. Unacceptable! Read more
Ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas light on sauce and some bread sticks. Got 2 pepperoni pizzas, but absolutely downing in sauce. The... bread sticks were covered in butter with no seasoning. Also the sauce was not mixed properly. Was basically tomato paste withnothing else in it. Talked with the manager, they stated that they did everything right and refused to hear anything we had tosay. Wasn't even asking for a refund or anything, just was trying to give them a heads up. There goes 43 bucks in the garbage.Half the time we get great pizzas from here, the other half the time we get terrible pizzas like today. Do yourself a favor andorder from the other pizza hut. Its a coin toss rather you'll have anything worth eating or not from here. Read more
