Placed an online order. The confirmation said to pick it up in the store by 9pm. Got there at 8 and my husband was told the... lobby was closed and he had to wait outside. The door clearly says the lobby closes at 9pm. Then they pretended that theycouldn't find the order and basically told him he was SOL and to call corporate. They were rude af and unprofessional and now weget to wait 7-10 business days to get our money back. We won't be back to this location. Read more

I drive a 26 ton truck. I cannot go through the drive through. When I walked in the lady behind the counter said, ?Mobile Order... only.? I informed her of the vehicle and she said, we?ll try to get to you. I left. Popeyes, this getting old. On August 25, 2022 at 12:10 I had a very bad experience, so I apologize for the words I?m going to say. This old white lady who... was helping the cashier needs to be fired expeditiously, I believe she was a manager but she was very disrespectful. When Istarted my order, she interrupted me while talking to others in the background in which she was rude to them as well, and whenshe continued my order she had an attitude. While I pulled around to the window, my fiancé asked a simple question could wereplace the drink with a lemonade but she told the cashier to tell us no, so I proceeded to say could we please get one I wouldpay for it but we were denied still. I sat in line at the drive thru, made my order and when I got to the window, the person taking payment stated they didn't have... any of the chicken I had ordered. Why? They knew when I made my order that they didn't have what I ordered? This is the lasttime I will ever try to get food from Popeyes. Service was good. Person taking order wa very friendly and listened well as I was ordering. Food was fresh and hot.

Wouldn't recommend at all cashier rude and doesn't pay attention to you. Chicken was old and hard. Probably had been sitting... there for a couple of hours. Fries where good doe! Read more
