I?m not giving it a 3 star because of the employees but because of the company itself. I come in 30 minutes before closing and... one person is working handling MANY customers. His name was Tanner and was clearly trying his hardest to be fast but when 10people are in there ordering multiple smoothies it?s hard. I think these employees really need help. I also asked if I could tipon card and I guess they don?t do that? There were only about 10 pennies in the tip jar and this man was clearly working veryhard and should be able to get tips on the card as almost every store does this. Went in today to get two smoothies. Waited 15-20 minutes, which if busy I could understand but other coming in after go their... orders well before mine. They showed no sense of urgency. Staff seemed confused when asking for my order after waiting so longand had an order for another group and said here this is yours with no confidence. After I got home discovered that both orderswere wrong. One being an ice cream smoothie (that was not what was ordered) and the person that drank it had lactose issues. Very disappointed. Read more

Poor customer service. My husband and I ordered the same smoothie but I asked for mine to be made without sugar. When the... servers handed us our smoothies they couldn't remember which one had sugar and which one didn't and the smoothies tastedidentical. We asked them if they would remake mine, and the second one they made for me was full of ice chunks. Will definitelyavoid this Smoothie King in the future! Read more
