First of all the female taking the order was rude. Made a $13 order it was wrong. Called back they forgot the drink. Called back... again they didn?t put mustard in the bag like I ordered, and the blt had a smidgen of mayo-I ordered extra, one slice of bacon,the bread was dry, tomatoes were thin and green, two pieces of lettuce. I understand that places are short staffed but we waited 15 minutes and pressed the button twice to get our order taken and it... got reset both times while everyone around us was getting food. We left and went to the taco bell next door and were in and outin under 5 minutes. Hopefully we have a better experience in the future. Read more
WORST SONIC EVER. They are rude, slow and don?t ever want to satisfy the customer. It shouldn?t take over 30min to make 2... mozzarella stick orders and a drink. Like come on now, ridiculous. And you can kiss asking for extra sauce goodbye, because nomatter how many times you ask them, they won?t bring it. Don?t hold you breath on this business. Spend your money elsewhere!! This sonic is ALWAYS extremely slow. I always ask for extra sauce and never receive it. Today I waited 20 mins for 1 extra sauce... and pressed the button 3 times with no response. Low quality customer service every time I order with this sonic. Don?t wasteyour time. Read more
The facility area was clean and well kept. The service was friendly and courteous. The Sonic cheese/bacon burger on Texas Toast... and the Cheddar Peppers were awesome. Read more
This Sonic can never hear your order and you have to repeat yourself several times. Almost every time I come hear, my order is... also wrong. On one good note, the girls that bring the food out are always really nice and professional. Read more
Please explain to me why all of the lights were off at this sonic. It says on Google you close at 10pm, but we pulled up at... 7:30p and all the lights are off around the order menus, the sign for sonic wasn't lit up. Kind of creepy and sketchy. Also,when we had our order taken the lady was very rude. She kept cutting us off and was very snappy. Carhop was super nice though.Even told us to have a blessed day. Edit: Should have just waited until I got my food. Umm wow. I ordered the Buffalo popcornchicken. I have never in all my life of going to sonic got such tiny popcorn chicken. And they are overcooked to the point thatthey are super crunchy and I can't even taste the chicken in them. I don't even think they have chicken, just breading becausethey're so small. Service was entirely to slow for our order. I went back again yester day afternoon . With my wife. 3 cars there , when I tried... to order . Just two drinks the lady kept telling me she couldn't hear me . I was yelling by the tried try. Soy wife gets out andwalks up to the outside wall up order station pushed the button three or four times and stuff there for ten minutes . Never aknowledge her for 10 mins.
