Always a great experience here at the Starbucks. Mostly we use the drive thru but even the line is long it flows pretty well.... Never long continuous waits! Always greet you with a kind super happy down to earth friendliness smiles! They stay on top ofthings! Great people great experience! Oh and the BEST coffee and frappes which we usually order! Dont go to this Starbucks This morning me and my husband went to go get coffee after food shopping. And the lady said they only... had a couple types of milk and we had to pay extra money for one of the milks they had. Im sorry but its not my falt u dont havethe regular milk and its not far they u have to charge customers extra for something u dont have. Lack of decorum from the staff, plus the coffee was terrible. Overpriced coffee that disappointed me. Honestly dunkin blows... Starbucks out the water for quality, taste, quantity, and price. The staff is more friendly at dunkin. Read more
My favorite location in Murfreesboro! Love their staff especially since they can make some of the coffee's not on their menu!... Definitely have my favorite workers as well. But their all good at this location! Read more
Don't get me wrong coffee and breakfast plus pastries here are awesome but I don't like how they don't cut our men and women in... the service a huge deal plus talk about expensive you have to sell a kidney to afford this on an average monthly visit. Thoseare the only two reasons I've been boycotting Starbucks for over 3 years. But hey you can afford it then it's so worth it. I'mpositive they have only gotten better since my last visit. We ordered dark roast and of course they didn?t have any brewed so we ordered pour overs. We hadn?t heard our name called after... about 5 minutes so checked in. They hadn?t started on them! We had an appointment we had to get to so had to leave. They mademe an americano (which was weak) and my wife didn?t get anything. Read more
The employees are always friendly and it usually moves pretty quickly. As with many places, sometimes the shorter the... drive-through line the longer it takes to get your order. Other than that, it's a good and reliable location. There is a goodamount of seating for a fairly small space, as well, whether you're meeting people or working on your laptop. Read more
