I ordered 2 large fries and a single steak burger plain with cheese and bacon. When i got my order i got 1 small fry and a... burger with the works. When i asked for them to fix it they simply put 2 more fries in the bag and left the burger the same. Ithen took only the burger asking for them to fix it. I got back a double steak burger with bacon and mustard. At that point igave up and had only fries for my meal. Just to top it off, i waited 30 minutes for that order. Greasy unhealthy good food that leaves you feeling sluggish and gross. Loud unpleasant customer service at the counters. It is... inside the Student Union building, along with some other places to eat. The seating area is large and can be pleasant if youfind a spot you like. Read more

The steak and shake on campus is slow and only student work here so it?s super unprofessional. My friend had to wait 11 minuets... just for someone to come to the register. There was a new guy who was nice but didn?t know what he was doing and kept droppingice-cream everywhere, one worker was talking with his friends over the counter while there was a line to order and for people toget their food. It?s nice to have steak and shake on campus but if you want steak and shake in Murfreesboro go to the actualrestaurant. The actual restaurant has more options and you get served faster. Absolutely no costumer service. Waited in drive through for over 25 minutes for a small Oreo Mint milkshake. A SMALL MILKSHAKE... FOR OVER 25 MINUTES. Absolutely ridiculous. And then when we got up there and they even gave us the wrong flavor of milkshake.They were playing around and throwing things at each other. This will be our last visit at this steak and shake. Food is typically pretty good. Typical Steak 'n Shake quality. There was one time a few months ago I ordered a milkshake 35... minutes before close, and at their closing time I still hadn't gotten my milkshake. When I saw them closing their gate I walkedup and told them I never got what I ordered, and the girl I told seem pissed off and annoyed that I would ask for what I ordered(one thing) over 35 minutes ago.
