I place my order online all the time and they never have it ready on time.
I used to love Subway because of its fresh vegetables, clean atmosphere, and overall healthy vibe. But every Subway I've been to... in Murfreesboro has been a bad experience. The vegetables are always wilted and half rotten, gnats are flying around, customerservice sucks, and they won't take coupons. Especially this Subway inparticular, never fails, they always have some excuse as towhy they won't take the coupons. I'm just completely disappointed with this chain and do not recommend it to anyone I know anymore. Read more

Second time order was wrong. Ordered not toasted on one and it is was toasted. They did not make the second sandwich... ordered..and when they finally did the girl did not know what parmesan cheese was and therefore was not put on. Plus so slowin making the order. May be a lack of hearing, or language ( think they have hard time with english but not sure). We havedecided not to go there again because it has been twice in row . I only gave one star so that I could post. I placed an order online on 12/16/21 for a 4:15pm pickup. When I got to the... restaurant it was closed. No lights, no sign of life inside. NOTHING! When I try to call the number listed on here for thatstore the call just disconnects it doesn't even ring. I don't know what's going on with the Subway franchise but this is notgood. Now I don't know how to get a refund for my order. Read more
