Drive thru completely messes my order up. Ordered 2 grilled cheese burritos and a powerbowl. No burritos my chips and cheese... barely had but 1 squirt of cheese in each cup. Definitely not enough for 3 sides of chips. The bread on my chalupas are hard.This has been the most disappointing experience at taco bell ever. Read more
7:30 pm on a Friday, I rolled through the drive-through in under 3 minutes. The staff was polite and quick. Food was hot, tasted... good and they gave me plenty of napkins and hot sauces! I so appreciate the great service and food! I?ll be back to thislocation for sure! Read more

This place has just opened again after being remodeled, so I decided to stop in. I like to order in the app for points, so I sat... in the parking lot and ordered before going in. I used the bathroom while I waited, and there was pee on the floor, dried yellowstuff that looked like pee on the sink, and no soap. Disgusting! My order was out quickly and was made correctly, although theydid not fill up the freeze all the way, and my cinnamon twists were not fresh. You'd think a place that hasn't even been openfor a month would be cleaner and make sure all the food was coming out fresh- especially with two in store customers and anempty drive thru. The staff were friendly and polite, but I'll probably be sticking to a different location from now on. Read more

Omg. I ordered a chicken quesidilla with extra chicken. I don't normally complain because its cheap. But even to spend 6 bucks i... expect something that looks decent. What the hell is this. This isn't even my moneys worth, it's not even qaulity of any kind.It's messed up. And ugly, I got hella jipped. And I feel like McDonald's would have given me better qaulity food. The service was unusually slow with not many cars in the parking lot and only one other car going through the drive-thru during... visit. I ordered 3 chicken taco supremes and Taco Bell Hot sauce. When it was handed to me, my bag felt light but since I wasdriving, I did not check the contents until I arrived home. To my disappointing surprise, there were no tomatoes nor sour creamon any of the tacos (nor were there any hot sauces). I figured someone made a mistake and fixed regular chicken tacos ratherthan supremes; disappointing but not a horrible experience. To raise the ante though, the last taco only had a single piece ofchicken (see picture). This was completely unacceptable. I called and spoke to the manager on duty - "Madison" - who offered torefill the order for free. Not living in close proximity to the restaurant, I thanked Madison for the gesture. I don't believe Iwas able to impress upon Madison the level of ineptness that had to be involved with her employee(s) that would send out anorder in such a fashion. This not happening again to another customer was much more important to me than getting a freereplacement meal. With that said, I caution anyone else considering visiting this location, beware. They didn't have regular tea unless you asked for it. To me the menu was confusing and the girl behind the counter was snippy at... us. Then, there was an older lady who has worked there for 20 years that thought she recognized me...so it's a toss up. Read more
