I'd leave 0 stars if possible. Traveling to town. Stopped in for a late dinner on the way back to the hotel with my toddler... who had asked for a taco. Sat in the drive through line for every bit of 30 minutes. So slow. Finally got to the window toorder at 12:01 and they refused our order bc they were closed. Several people in front of us still hadn't got food, so theywere obviously still cooking. Said only 2 people were working. Absolutely ridiculous, horrible service. Read more
I?ve been here several times on a Saturday night which is supposed to be open until midnight. It was 10pm, and they shut down... everything. So many customers were mad. I ordered on the app, and they refused to make it. There were two DoorDash driverswho were insanely mad, because their customers put in orders, and they refused to make it. They must?ve had plans on a Saturdaynight which is unprofessional to not do your job. I?m having to waste my time calling a 1-800 number just to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and don?t visit this location. There is one on St. Andrews that never has lazy employees. Read more
My food was done within 5 minutes so I'm like that's great but it was lukewarm. It was as if they just took my order from past... orders that were cancelled and put it into mine. The cheese on top of my Grilled Cheese Burrito wasn't even melted. The chalupawas crunchy like toast, it's not supposed to be like that. This location is terrible. There is no reason people should be waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru. If i wanted to wait that... long I would order curbside from an restaurant with real food. Myself and 2 other cars left because of the wait. People arewilling to eat average food like Taco Bell because it?s convenient and fast, when you have to wait a half hour for it, it?s nolonger worth the money. Read more
Terrible service! Called and told the manager that Emmy chicken was cold and I only love two minutes away! The only thing he... said was my temp is at 168 degrees smh! The sour cream looked like Mayo, there was barely even chicken! Would NEVER recommendgoing here late night! Read more
2nd visit different location to try an oldie but good brought back by Taco Bell. The Mexican pizza was fresh, crunchy and very... tasty. A friendly staff made the wait go by pretty fast. Welcome back Mexican Pizza, you were missed!! :) Read more

Nothing good to say. They are consistently slow no matter what time you go. They get orders wrong often from my experience. They... are very frequently out of items as well which you are not told until you go to pick up your online order. So disappointing.Staff are usually friendly, so that's a plus. Read more
