Tonight I was served cold food. The drink I had taste like water and I had to take it back to have syrup added then I get home... and my jr bacon cheeseburger has NO BACON not only that the ?fresh never frozen? patty was freezing cold! The cheese isn?t evenmelted all the way it?s like they put it in the microwave and the lettuce looks like it was dragged through dirt.The fries werealso nasty and cold???? I called to speak with a manager but they have their phones disconnected so now I will be filing areport with the BBB. Read more

The chicken sandwich was raw. One order of fries were so stale that it was like biting into cardboard. The other order of fries... had aluminum shavings in them. On a minor note, we were given completely different drinks than we ordered. I've never had anissue with this store before, but this experience was so awful it's not worth risking another visit. Be warned, stay away. Read more
Restroom and floor in restaurant were dirty. The girl at the cash register inside who took our order was friendly. Chicken... sandwich and fries were good, no complaints there. They weren't really busy, however customers were steady. It appeared thatmost of their business was drive-thru. Read more
Ordered some food 9:20pm 5/26/22. Long line 15min. Got to the order line was asked to wait 3min. Lady was impatient. My wife's... burger had paper in it. We never had issue from this store before for years. Please retrain staff. Read more
Avoid. Drive-Thru is a minimum of 30 minutes and the food is way below the expected quality of Wendy's.
Can't complain about anything... Staff was fast, friendly & helpful... Order was as quick as it could possibly be especially... when getting a 50 piece family order of chicken nuggets fresh out of the fryer... Reward points are awesome... The food portions have gotten smaller. The food is just thrown into bags. The employees are constantly talking about their... personal lives, cussing, eating & drinking rather than being focused on their jobs & the customers. The french fries are alwaysold. The chili is more grease than chili. This place has really gone downhill. Read more
