Gets my simple order wrong, every. Single. Time. "Just tell them you talked to Juan" to get free food. That's what I get told... everytime I have to call about my order missing something. Someone should really train this staff better. Read more
Went thru drive thru got the $5 Biggie Bag. Wasn't to crowded for the line. The cashier was pleasant as well. Seemed clean... inside as well, though not sure if inside service was available. Now the down side to give this a 2 star. My double stack wasalmost warm???? This is a HUGE Issue with All Wendy's thou.The fries which normally are good from Wendy's were warm, but turnedsideways so half was in bag. The 4 nuggets were the only thing warmer than rest. I haven't been to Wendy's in many years and the menu has changed quite a bit. Everything we got at this location was really... good though. They seem to have a lot of choices that are unique to their competitors. The chicken nuggets are still as good asI remember when I was younger. There were also a ton of dipping sauce choices. I liked the ghost pepper ranch, because itisn't common to get a spicy choice at restaurants. I also got one of those pretzel bun baconator sandwiches. I expected it tojust be "whatever", but it actually was really good. You also get to pick if it is a single, double, or triple... and the mixof flavors on the toppings went really well together. I also heard her talking to the car behind us and she even asked whatkind of cheese she wanted for her sandwich. So, it seems like there are a lot of options nowadays. Also, the lady that wasworking the drive thru was super nice and friendly! ???? She had this relaxed way of talking and seemed really happy at her joband to talk to customers. It made my friend and me feel very welcome to be there. All I all, it was a very pleasant experiencethat you don't normally get at a fast food restaurant or a drive thru. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat, this storeseems to have a good selection to fit anyone's pallette and you will have friendly people who love their job waiting for you. Read more
Currently in your store. My server was great. As soon as I had ordered a frosty, she called it out clearly so the others could... here. I stepped up to get my order and another employee was supposedly completing it. I saw him look at the screen before hethen asked my name. When I got to my table, there was no frosty although this guy placed a spoon in my bag. I coukd not help butnotice his attention was on yet another employee, female, and they continued their bantering. When I returned for my frosty, myserver quickly knew what the issue was before I asked and she caled it out again. Again, her coworkers ignored her and continuedjabbering. She finally when to the back and got the frosty herself even though the register was now unmanned. Read more
I called ahead to avoid people,I get there and it wasn?t ready or started but at least it would be hot.I didn?t get my fries I... ordered but I got my ice cream fix. Don't Uber Eats this Wendy's!!!! They ignore the uber drivers when they come get orders, and if they don't know about uber... order, they just shurg and walk away from drivers. I had 3 drivers go to them and all 3 were ignored by the staff. The orderwas 2 potatoes and a salad....put the order in 7pm and almost 2 hours later found out they refuse to do the order. Read more
