I?m seriously shocked that this location is still open. Every time we decide on this location, the drive thru line is wrapped... around the restaurant. Last week?same, so my daughter said let?s go in. BIG MISTAKE, should have stayed in the drive thrubecause apparently that is their priority. The inside customers literally waited an HOUR for food. I placed my order at 6:57 pm(per receipt). At 7:45 I walked up to counter and asked for a refund as we were STILL waiting! Just as the manager was refundingme, our order came out!! Also a girl was sitting in eating (I assumed she was a customer.) She finished her meal and immediatelywent behind the counter yelling at one of the cooks about moving too slow. She was extremely rude? yelling at him to ?drop thechicken!? and to ?stop looking at her crazy.? If I was the cook, I literally would have walked out the way she was verballydegrading him!!! Literally every time I come to this location it takes over half an hour to get to the order window. A lot of these good reviews... talk about how good the lobby service is but they have closed that lobby for so long I?m not sure if it exists anymore. If thisweren?t the only place to get the fries my partner enjoys I would never come here again until they open their lobby back up. Always smiling and friendly. I go there just about every day and yeah sometimes things are ???? but they are doing their jobs... in a less than ideal world these days. They get yelled at and sometimes treated terribly but every time I go in there theyare welcoming and friendly. I get better service at this place then I do at some of the sit down waitress places. Most of thetime my food is hot and they are quick to get the order to me. Love seeing their friendly faces every day. Read more

The staff here are rude and don't make orders correctly. Every time I order hot food, it's cold and wrong, and my salads are... always made wrong. I was in the middle of saying my order and was rudely cut off and told my total, then got to window and gotattitude from the worker because I told her I wasn't done ordering. And every time they mess up my order and say they'll fix it,they just make it wrong a second time. Read more
