Came in today, the door should be replaced asap! But the service today was perfect! I could tell they were short staffed because... only few workers in store but it was busy when we came in to eat and was treated with the upmost respect, also all of our foodwas correct which is a plus in my book! All I can say is check your order before you leave. The chicken in cobb salad is never fresh. Their polite folks just never can... get order right or if order us right food not fresh. Read more

By far the worst store in this area . I had a total of seven fries in my sandwich meal today all which were sure to be from the... first batch dropped this morning. If you order sweet tea they will simply give you unsweet every time and the sandwich was soggybecause it was put together so sloppy if you have time to go to any other location go. Read more

Where should I start? My mom and I ordered online and get there around 6:40 and the front door is locked and you can?t get in.... So went to the drive thru waited almost 30 minutes to get an mobile order. When we finally got our food it was wrong. I had toask for my coleslaw that I ordered but it came with chicken. Ordered 2 salads and one without cucumbers and of course it camewith cucumbers! Drove 25 minutes to get food and it was a nightmare just to get it and took forever. Not to mention they hadteenagers working and didn?t look like a manager was around. What a joke. They open this place back up and they shouldn?t haveopened back up at all. Read more

My coworker and i were really excited about trying out the app and receiving a free meal. We ordered the free meal online and... came to the restaurant where it wasn?t yet prepared. A worker came up, this was on date 9/22/2022 and her shift time was around12:40pm when we showed up. Since we ordered online it looks like they didn?t receive our order. While the worker was trying tofigure out what to do, she wanted me to scan ny QR code but i didn?t have one. It was ordered online. She then grabs my phonewith such force and slams it on the counter - the back of my phone is now shattered. Which is now an issue. Dyana, comes up andshe is trying to figure out what to do. She then says, ? i guess i will comp your order? and has the worst attitude about it. Iknow working in restaurants is hard and not fun sometimes. But at the end of the day this is the type of impression that is lefton this business. My receipt name says Jessica and Dyana was the one wearing a black shirt with name tag. Please better trainyour managers and employees to serve people with kindness. Read more

Had a great experience here today. Popped in for a quick lunch on the go. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant... looked clean, well staffed, and well taken care of. The food was good. Wings were a little on the soggy side but tasted good.Great location close to the center of town. I'm sure I'll be back. Read more

Too many employees not paying attention to the order. Food was prepared lazy they drizzled sauce over the boneless wings meal... for my kids. I asked for double meat on the salad multiple times and it wasn?t added. I had to ask for extra sauce for the wingsthe guy just handed it to me and shut the window trying to rush us out of the drive through. I spent $60 here and the servicemay have been worth $10 . I don?t know if there was a manager there or not but they need more management there with moreexperience because this was a horrible experience at this location . Read more
