They always have quick service no matter how long the line. Service and quality has gone down. I never go here anymore because... you never know if you will get what you ordered. I'm not sure if that's because of the staff or because the freeze and ship inthe donuts now. Read more

Got 2 drinks they were both correctly made even though I had a special request for mine. They were delicious. The employees... seemed nice and didn't try to rush us even though they had a line around the building. It took some time to get through but whatdo you expect when there's that big of a line? The staff moves extremely slow. They also do not check their mobile orders and will take everyone's order who walked in after... you before asking what you are waiting at the mobile pick up area for. Not even greeted when you walk in the door. Got home andthe donuts weren't even correct. Definitely a sub par Dunkin. Read more
Was a good place to get a tasty treat. On my most recent visit I ask the man if I could order anything on the displayed menu?... He says yes. Well, I make an order from that menu, then he tells me that I can?t order that. Had to deduct 3 stars from myprevious review. Read more
I was the only customer inside when I ordered an everything bagel. It took them 15 minutes to make. I even had to ask the young... girl when they thought it may be done. She went to look but never came back. When another employee brought it to me it wasburnt. It was so hard, I couldn't even bite into it. I called and the manager wasn't in. Lobby not open, every time I'm in this town, I have a bad experience here. Lose the mask already!
