Very slow drive-thru - knowing that I did the curbside pickup however when I get there curbside is closed so it's told me to go... inside the dining room. However the dining room was locked and I couldn't get in, therefore ended up in the Drive-Thru anywaysvery slow and unfortunately the employees working at the time were not the best. So this is the oddest looking chicken sandwich I have ever seen and look only 1 side of the bun. This place is killing us and... our health figure they could at least make it out the window with a complete bun. My dog was happy though. So that get a startfor that. A Fly on the Soft Drink Dispenser closest to the door. Staff was o.k. One of the Managers gave me the impression that she was... annoyed when I asked for a Ketchup packet since they had no Ketchup containers at the Condiments Area. Soft Drink DispenserArea needed cleaning. Nonetheless the food was o.k. Happy they have an Outside Dining Area. Annoying long line. Dining roomremains closed. For no reason other than they dont want to clean dining area. Same thing August 2 2022. Dining Room and Kidsplay area remains closed. All you need is a staff of 3 to be fully opened. Stopped in for a Strawberry Watermelon slush. Found out they were out after I ordered it. I tried the mango and didn't like it.... They switched it out for something else, no problem. Finally was able to eat inside. Young lady was very nice who took our order. But from tea to paper towels in restroom was out.... Stop moping floors with the same mop it make the floors even in restroom slick. Read more
Three lanes for drive through, which you had to navigate across if you wanted to go inside. The entrance door was locked. A tie... kick was supposed to let you in but a customer had to open the door for us. The prep line was behind on order and the frontline seemed to be busy restocking cups and bags. Although lobby os closed they still offer delivery through door dash and curbside pickup. Drive through is generally not that... long of a line except peak times and even then they manage to keep ot flowing at a good pace without much wait . Read more
