Very disappointing! I am a Murphy resident and have been to Red Brick Deli many many times under the previous management and it... was always consistently very good! As a previous multiple restaurant owner, I hope you can honor constructive criticism.Iordered a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon. Bread was not toasted, bacon undercooked. These two aspects that make up aSIMPLE grilled cheese were missing! The cole slaw was plopped down on the tray without the use of a container, was running allover the tray, as it was very over dressed with dressing and presented a unsightly and unappetizing visual appearance. Not tomention it was not tasty at all! The prices are to high given the low end product . My husband had the same bad experiencewith his sandwich!! I hope things improve? thank you Read more
We always try to eat here when we are up from Florida. I was concerned since the ownership had changed since our last visit, but... the new owners did not disappoint. Very very good. First time there since the new owners bought to Red Brick Deli, I must say I don?t think I?ll go back, had a BLT sandwich and a... Coke and if with tip came to $17 that?s a lot of money for a BLT sandwich. The bacon was half cooked not very crispy. Theyshould never call this place a deli I?m from both New York and Miami or when you go to a restaurant that?s a deli they give youa slice of pickle coleslaw I?ll kinds of stuff with your sandwiches it?s a rip off guys I did get a response from the Red BrickDeli about my experience at the restaurant, but they did not sign it did not say who was responding very unprofessional Read more

Quaint, local deli offering a selection of signature salads, overstuffed and combo sandwiches, wraps and the legend Mountain... sandwich with one lb. of corn beef and one lb. of pastrami piled high on rye. Traditional decorated interior with originalhardwood floors, collectibles and even an original pay phone. Even the clean bathrooms were nicely decorated. The Rueben camehot with deli fresh corned beef sliced thin and piled high, sauerkraut, Swiss and homemade Russian dressing. The rye toasted toperfection and the side of potato salad was creamy with plenty of flavor. Staff were friendly and very apologetic, as they wereshort staffed and the loss of my order resulted in over a hour wait. They were so overwhelmed they closed early.
