Let me state this first. The drinks here were decent, just a typical boba shop nothing special. The downfall is the customer... service of the owner/manager NOT the regular employees. The regular employees were great and attentive to the line in thestore. They made the drinks quickly and were able to answer any questions we had. My significant other ordered a drink herethat we?ve had before and it tasted a bit off today (sour milk similarity). When requesting for a replacement or different drinkthe owner stated and I quote, ? THIS IS NOT STARBUCKS?. I have no problem with this, but working previously in the serviceindustry this type of comment is unnecessary and unprofessional. I would hate for my SO to be told this or someoneelse. Furthermore the difference in the drink was 60 cents to AVOID credit card processing fees. The owner would not take mycard and requested cash which I did not have. Honestly this type of service is unacceptable. Would not recommend. Read more
My daughter ordered a honeydew boba, I confirmed the order read back but it was made incorrectly. I received a honey boba... instead. No big deal drinks get corrected at coffee shops regularly. I spoke with the cashier who was polite and happy toremake the drink. He had the manager come to deal with the register side of things who said he would remake it but this is whyhe has the order repeated and that I should have clarified it then. I clarified that the order was made by my daughter, Irepeated it to the cashier and he read it back to me correctly. Therefore, I took the incorrect drink and went on my way withoutthe correct one. Not worth being spoken down to by management. Its too bad - plenty of other options in the area where I'mtreated better. Read more

I am new to the area, and needed to find a new boba tea place to enjoy. As I currently sit here in the establishment I can... honestly say I am impressed. I have high standards when it comes to Boba tea, and they absolutely delivered. I ordered astrawberry green tea with strawberry and blueberry popping boba. With 75% sweet. It was definitely a flavorful delight of abeverage. As for the staff they were super friendly, and helpful since It was my first time visiting. It is definitely apeaceful environment to enjoy your tea. highly recommend this place to anyone new or even someone who is accustomed to boba tea.I will definitely be back in the future. Read more

Amazing boba place in the Murphy area!! All my friends and family whom went with me also loved the drinks here. So far, I've... tried 5 menu items: Mangonada - refreshing mango taste contrasted with chamoy and tajin! The addition of fruit boba isgenius. Creme Brulee Milk Tea - an amazing twist on a classic milk tea. The drink is topped with a super tasty creme brulee.The top isn't torched like I've seen some other boba places do, but I liked how they gave you a cute spoon to eat the topping.The topping was so good that I didn't miss the torched top. Winter Melon black tea - just the right amount of sweetness and teawas brewed perfectly. Purple Paradise - I believe it's a blueberry (or grape, I forgot) with lychee, sea salt foam, withregular tapioca drink. It was amazing and refreshing. The Red Sea - I believe it's strawberry juice mixed with cranberry (?again, I forgot) with fruit and popping boba. Refreshing, just right amount of sweetness, texture of boba is perfect. Servicewas nice and quick. Tapioca pearls are cooked really well. The baristas here are really nice and explain the drinks clearly. Thecups have a really cute mascot on them!
