I?ve never had such a bad experience in a Dunkin? before. I only ordered a tomato pesto grilled cheese and it barely has tomato?... and a coconut refresher and it didn?t have coconut milk, when I kindly asked to remake it with coconut the guy made made a lotof annoyed expressions and I could see how he did it in a very bad way, it wasn't my fault they made a mistake. I went to Dunkin Donuts to get 2 donuts to find out that the employee was helping me was digging in the trash and never wash her... hands and then proceeded to get my order ready then I asked the other employee what hiding and that employee ignored me. Thenext day I call the mgr at the store told him about the incident he was shocked that that happened and I told him I will stop byto talk to him and he seem to be concerned about the incident and then I call corporate to report the incident and they was veryvery helpful and they was going to call the owner of the store to report the incident to the owner and relayed the incident tothe owner so the owner of the store would call I told the owner I will come by the store and talk to them when I got to thestore they blew me off and gave me a dozen of donuts I guess they don't understand the meaning of CROSS CONTAMINATION or tryingto kill someone!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars for corporate 0 stars for the non corporate store........ New Yorkers would burn this place down if they served them the burned food that they serve out here. They get 2 stars only... because the employees are nice. The food is ALWAYS burned. The cheese was so hard on the sandwich, you couldn't eat it. Istopped going here and I won't return. Read more

Shout out to Dalton who made my cappuccino. It's literally half empty and not that great tasting. He couldn't even be bothered... to fill the ice coffee with more ice to fill the line. For customers just stick to the donuts because obviously coffee is nottheir thing. Read more
