Ordered online and order was not ready at the given time which would have been okay but people were walking in and being served... before my order was even started. Came into store last night and received no acknowledgment. There was a guy helping a customer at the register, someone doing... something with his back turned and another guy. Once the guy at the register finished with the other customer, he came over tothe section of the counter where I was, wiped the lettuce on the counter to the floor but never said a word to me. The otherguy looked at him like he couldn?t help me, then they asked the other guy who was doing something with his back turned to me tohelp me. I don?t think me typing this gives a good illustration that I felt like no one wanted to give me the time of day orhelp me in any manner. I was the only customer in the restaurant. When the guy took my order he turned around to realize thereisn?t any bread. I was so disappointed by the level of service, I just decided to leave. The food was good as it usually is but it's been a long time since someone at a store or restaurant took my change in bills and... coins and just laid it all down on the counter instead of putting it in my hand!! Couldn't quite believe that. Maybe now Iknow why when I pulled up I thought they were closed because there wasn't even one car in front of the place. I think I'll tryPlano from now on. This place makes a pretty good sandwich and the crew is very attentive to your needs. My complaint is their drink selection.... They only offer Pepsi but no Coke or Dr pepper. I mean look at the picture, have you ever seen such a terrible drink selection?Come on guys at least put some Dr pepper up there. Read more

Update; We came tonight, April 12th, and I had the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and it was really good. The crew tonight was... friendly and made our sandwiches quickly. This is a really good Jersey Mike's, food quality and staff is always very good.Thanks again!
