UPDATE: from a 1?to a 3? Just received a call from the owner who apologized profusely. Very much appreciated. Was told the crew... that's there now will not be there for very long. They will be bringing in new staff so hopefully customer service will take aturn for the better. Went into this location today 4/12/22 at 8:45am with my mother to purchase breakfastfor our family. Savory pastries are my weakness. My mother found your store by accident and wanted to bring me in, knowing howmuch I would love it. I was so excited just walking through the door. I knew in that moment, that I wanted to be able to tryeverything. So we ordered 2 of every savory pastry. The food is amazing hands down. The customer service however was an absoluteshock. From the first moment we interacted with the employee at the register just the tone of his voice and demeanor made mefeel like we were annoying him. Like we were unwelcome. I am a store manager myself and if my staff would treat my customers theway my mother and I were treated today, I would not have a job. First of all they messed up our order. They rang up the itemsfirst, then went to pick them. With my ordering being so large, he lost track half way through it, which is when he askedanother associate for help. This other boy asked him where he was at and the answer he got was 'I don't know.' In my 15 yearexperience in the food and retail industry the best practice with such a big order should have been pick the items first andthen ring them up. Because the way he did it, I was charged for pastries I never got. I was charged for 36 and only received 34.They didn't even consider asking me if I wanted just 1 of some flavors that did not have 2 available. My first time at a Kolache Factory. The food was good. I tried a wide verity of breakfast and lunch offerings. The chicken... enchilada was very good and was recommended as a favorite by the counter employee. The pizza was also good but I felt it coulduse some sauce. Bread and pepperoni is almost pizza, but not quite. Polish sausage was also good. My family really enjoyed thesausage and gravy, so much so that I didn't get to try it. Read more
Why would you get donuts when you can have kolaches in the morning! Love the variety of recipes (they have savory and sweet... recipes!). My personal favorite is the egg, potato, and cheese kolaches for breakfast. Read more
Really different and delicious food. Its basically a bun full with delicious ingredients. Ham, cheese, sausage, chicken,... jalapenos and more. Also they have desserts, they are really tasty! Price is good, not expensive. There is also great coffeehere! Read more
This was my first time eating from here. I ordered online and got several different flavors to see which I liked best. They... called me ahead of time and told me I can come pick up my order, which was great. One set was pipping hot the others seemedalmost like they came from the fridge. Upon getting home we noticed that the pepperoni pizza flavor was missing and substitutedwith sausage jalapeno. Not a earth shattering mistake, but I would definitely assume it would have been correct. It was deadin the establishment, probably because it has been raining and cold for days. I have always loved Kolache Factory and now they're close to my house I'm excited. I took my kids and had breakfast here. The... service was great. The lady that helped us welcomed us with a smile when we walked in then patiently asked all myquestions. They have a reward program where you are a point for every $1 you spend, and you can check in with your phonenumber. There is also a 10% discount for every dozen you order.
