Tried coming twice this month. Both times I have ordered 2 drinks. The taste and texture/consistency is so off. Either really... powder-y and not smooth, over-shaked/mixed where it has a burnt taste or the taste is completely off. Supposedly sweet drinktasted savory and spoiled. Another drink was really gritty with the powder taste really prominent but tasted mostly of milkbecause it wasn't mixed well. Been going to this location for awhile but seems like their has been change made in staffing orlack of staff. Drinks are not being prepared right. Edit: Not able to pm on google review. We usually do not have any issues, but then again my daughter's are usually with me when we order so they can help me out. The... girl that was at the register tonight was extremely rushy. Please have a little patience with those of us who don't know what wewant or dont know the exact words for what we are trying to order. I ended up getting the wrong topping or Boba because I didn'twant to change it and inconvenience her. Read more

Terrible representation for Kung Fu Tea. This particular location is horrible. Saturday night at 9pm. Words that came out of the... workers mouth ?why is everyone and their momma ordering?!? ?No more Taro!! UGH? ?We are rationing boba.? Probably to not have tomake anymore for the night. I mean look at the yellow drink. This is the second time we have had a bad experience here. Thefirst one around the same time, different day, everyone was so slow and unprofessional. Like no one wanted to take our order butwe were the only ones there? Clearly they are kids. But where is the management? Floors are FILTY. And who looks at the floors?I didn?t. This place is my go-to for boba tea. They never disappoint and always come through. The staff here are so friendly and takes... their time to go step by step on my order(s). I always come here for their Orange Green Tea or Kung Fu Milk Green Tea. Wouldrecommend anyone to come here. Thank you guys for your awesome drinks! Read more
