Using hormone chicken chunks in the kung pao chicken. They use to be small cut pieces that were very flavorful now they are huge... undercooked chicken thigh pieces. It was so horrible I spit it Right out my mouth. No flavor or spice just huge raw tastingchicken. Major health risk this will be my last time visiting this location. Read more
I think Panda is the best thing to happen to fast in a long time and when they started out they were killing it.. But the... portion sizes have gotten so small over time, the freshness of the food has diminished quite a bit and the service at theservice counter has dropped quite a bit.. The other day, I visited them around 09:25pm. They were about to close. This was my second time. Really liked their string bean... chicken breast but they were outta stock. So I took their new wok-fired shrimps and orange chicken along with fried rice. Sogood! Loved it. They also didn?t charge me for the drink because there were less options for me to choose from. Every single table was dirty the food is not hot it tasted old and I watched somebody touch every single fork before they picked... up one and the drinks tasted just like carbonated water, when the guy touched every single fork the employee watched him do itand did not do anything about it. I would not come here again. They also had a caution wet floor sign up but there is food allover the floor like it hasn't been cleaned once today. Read more
They have THE worst customer service. I ordered just before going to work because I wouldn?t be able to leave once there. Asked... them to PLEASE make my food fresh. My job is only 15 minutes from the place. Got to work and my food was so OLD. The rice tastedas if it had been burnt the meat was rubbery I called over 15 times (yes that many) & still no answer. I really enjoyed my the visit prior to this latest visit (notice how I did not say recent because this recent visit had to be... the worse customer service I had ever had). I ended up going here to try the promo for beyond chicken with the "buy 1 bowl, getone free" offer. For some reason, the person who was working the drive-thru must have had a stressful time since it was 11:30AMor was just plain rude. I was told that they needed to scan the paper coupon and not a coupon code, so I parked, made an onlineorder for pickup instead (which was the same things I had ordered in the drive-thru, I told them to reserve it cause I am goingto come back around to pick up the original order), this man asked me if i made an extra order ( which I didn't, it was for theoriginal drive-thru order I had made) and then kept asking me if I had the coupon... I just PAID for my order ONLINE. I don'tneed to show you a paper coupon when I have already used the code online and paid. Thankfully, one of nice older employeeshelped guide him to realizing that I had already paid for my order (the same original order when I initially wen through thedrive-thru) and he finally gave me my food. I was really confused as to why the guy had to give me a hard time when the order ispart of a promotional offer and I paid for my order and applied the coupon code to the online order myself.
