Great, courteous people working behind the counter, nice service on the phone. We ordered a tray for the holidays and they... didn't disappoint. I wish they had larger portions for their sides though, six adults requires more than one of any particularside. Other than that, everything was great. Read more

Love a Honey Baked Ham but who doesn't !!! Went on Dec 24 at 11am to pick up my pre paid items. Just walked in, second in line,... got my food and left all within 10 minutes. It was very organized. If you hadn't paid for your order, there was a line ofperhaps 12 people but the line was going pretty quick. Its so much easier to order and pay on the website for holidaymeals. Extremely organized !!! Parking on the other hand was a bear. Had to park by the gas station. People were coming andgoing and not being very patient. There were maybe 3 spots in the back of the building but mostly were employee parking and thehandful of spots in the front. So I had to circle around approximately 3 times until a spot by the gas station becameavailable. Next holiday.....Easter ????. Will be back ! Don't forget, they serve sandwiches and such throughout the year. Read more

We had went to honey baked ham in Mesquite. They said we couldn?t get a ham because we didn?t pre-order. We didn?t pre-order... because we had a hectic week. I called honey baked ham in Murphy and they said they would hold one for us. We wouldn?t get thereuntil 10 minutes after they closed. An employee volunteered to wait for us. The customer service was exceptional. I wish I couldremember the employees name. I had heart procedure done so I was still out of it. So I don?t remember. Fantastic store! After a ridiculously terrible experience with another Honey Baked Ham location (Coit/Beltline in Richardson)... on the day before Thanksgiving, this store saved the day. I arrived at what is probably their busiest time of the year -Wednesday afternoon on the day before Thanksgiving. Yes, there was a wait, but the process for standing in line waswell-organized. The store was well-staffed with friendly employees who were obviously working hard to take care of theircustomers. They were also working hard to re-stock as side items were purchased. And the ham was delicious! This store savedour holiday meal from disaster, and it will be the only location that I use in the future. They rock! Read more

I didn't visit this store, but our office is in Richardson. To my pleasant surprise, Lana Durant, the GM of the Murphy store... popped in today to let us know that their store caters lunch, and that we could rely on them to ship gifts to our clients, aswell. I shared with her that even though we are a small office, we do cater client lunches and ship gifts to our out of townclients. She left me with two sample catering boxes with yummy sandwiches! It takes a VERY SPECIAL person to be able to walkin to an office, unannounced, and talk about your business. Lana was very professional and sweet. We will definitely use themfor our client catered lunches and client gifts at Christmas time. Read more
