I don?t usually post reviews but my experience tonight with a take out dinner order was so terrible I feel this needed. I... ordered a custom hotdog with onion rings. I was notified that my order was ready but when I arrived I had to wait an additional15 minutes. When I got my food home, what was suppose to be my hotdog didn?t in anyway resemble a hotdog and the onion ringswere not completely cooked. I wish I had taken a picture but I was so disgusted I just threw it all away. Will not be back. Read more
Had been anxious to try this place but we were pretty disappointed. The Nashville chicken sandwich tasted weird and the fries... were getting cold when they were served. I had a single classic burger and it was pretty small even by my standards. My hubbyhad the cheesy and he thought it was just ok. Nothing remarkable. Only good thing were the on the house shakes. 4 people ordering 4 burgers with fries and onion rings, gave our name for order. 30 minutes later, finally brought out to our... table on 2 platters (we had to spread napkins on the table for the other 2 burgers) and she ask us if it looked like what weordered. I told her the name of the order and she was clueless. We then ask her which burger was which and she had to take eachburger apart and then she wasn't sure. We had to remind her of missing items. Decided to try this place on a whim, and was disappointed. If I could give this experience zero stars, I would. First issue was... price - Order total was 46 bucks for two burgers, chicken strips, 3 sides (fries) and 3 drinks. In my mind I was already neverreturning because of that alone, but I wanted to give the food a try?..so I waited. Second issue was slow and disjointedservice: I rolled up with no one inside or waiting in the parking lot and placed my order as a to go. A couple came in roughly10 minutes after me, for dine in, and received their order before I did. New burger place in Murphy next to Floyd's and Smoothie Factory. They have Signature Classics, Chicken, Hotdog, and Salads. ... Sides, free refills on drinks, and hand-spun milkshakes. Good flavor, fresh. Bar seats, and hi-top at window. Small amount ofother seating only limitation. Read more
Snail speed service compounded by inability to honor meal service based on queue. Others who came after us were served before... us. Burger patties were superior but let down by poor assembly. Nachos were a misnomer. Tater tots inadequately fried. Onionrings stuck together even after frying. Perhaps instead of lounging in the back room, management should make an effort toensure smoother operations up front. Trust some effort will be made to improve staff through training and attitude. No drivethrough and very limited seating implies one is better off using an app to place orders ahead of arrival. Read more
I went in waited life five minutes just for them to come up to the cashier. Then after order they forgot to bring half of the... order and in the cheesesteak there was something that wasnt food inside idk something like a rock. but the experience wasdefinitely terrible.
