If I could give it 0 stars I would. Whoever was working the drive thru after midnight July 28th was extremely rude. I had... ordered Door Dash 2 hours prior. When the driver went to pick up the food she was told that Hardees didn't have the order. Afterwaiting a bit longer and talking with customer support it was revealed that they did indeed have the order so the driver wentthrough the drive thru again to pick it up. Every word that the lady in the drive through said was bitter, rude, hateful, andjust down right disrespectful. She argued with the driver for a few minutes before essentially telling the driver to F off. Iended up not receiving my food. Took my children their for breakfast. I had the pork and gravy biscuit sandwich, which was great. Mi daughter says the cinnamon... rolls was delicious. Even though out looked like most of it was stuck to her face. My son said the bacon egg and cheese biscuitwas very good. We recently moved to the area very nice to see a local restaurant be so friendly and so professional. Met anemployee named Taylor he was very hardworking and very kind. I?ve been very disappointed with this Hardee?s a few times before but tonight was finally the last straw... they served me the... hardest fries I?ve ever seen in my life completely not edible! This place is superior!!!! Food always hot, people always friendly there, coupons always available, the biscuits are the best... in town!!!!!
