This place literally always gets my order wrong, I wait a few months and decide to give it another try just to be reminded why I... don?t go. Tried to call 10x in a row at 7pm no answers, they forgot 1/3 of my order. Made me wait 10 min for fresh Mac andcheese it was cold when I got it and tasted like it was made by my 3 year old. I got a cheesy bean and rice burrito thatincluded only beans. Ray Charles would have an easier time reading Harry Potter than these employees trying to do anything rightat all. Read more
No chicken Available at 6pm. Was told it would be 18min. We just left.
Franchisee obviously pays little or no attention to this place. Employees have gotten my order wrong almost every time I've gone... in the past 5 years, which is in my estimation, an ownership and leadership problem, as local food service employees do fine atmost other local franchises. It is as though they have no supervisor or don't care. It probably isn't their fault, to be fair.They probably have very little supervision and an absentee franchisee. Read more
Terrible. Has went so far downhill lately. Just stood in line for 10 minutes for a to go order before any worker acknowledged... us. Watched 1 worker punch his drive thru screen and break it because somebody apparently just " threw a f'n interception."Always great to come to a kfc and listen to the game. 8 piece meal was 5 legs one breast 2 thighs . Husband does not like dark meat. Very very slow ????
Nice people, but the food was somewhat lacking. They didn't toss my tenders in the sauce, rather lazily drizzle the sauce on... some of them. They also forgot my pickles and biscuit. Read more
This KFC NEVER has chicken pot pies ready. It's crazy to me that if the pie is such a well ordered item why they don't make sure... to prepare more of them. I have been here many times living in this area for years and have only got lucky to get 2 pot pies.Also my order today was wrong. I got a 2 piece chicken and only received the breast but no leg. Cost me over $7 I could not getwhat I really wanted(pot pie) and I was missing food. This is not the first time but unfortunately its the only KFC around. Read more
